The staff were friendly and on time. I loved that they seemed to know their patients names when they came into the office. Very clean, I appreciate that they continue to take precautions. They answered all my questions (particularly since I was a new patient) and were very respectful! Happy to say I'll be back!

Update: From 5 to 3 star. We have been going here for years. All of a sudden they now are sending bills after visits for miscellaneous small charges not being covered by insurance. After calling and speaking to them on ways to even pay such small amounts under $5 and how ridiculous it is, they still continue. Between the costs for the multiple bills sent and not being able to pay amounts under $5 on their website, you either have to call and pay over the phone with a debit card or send a separate check. So what used to always be a great experience going to this practice when Dr. Horenkamp ran it, has changed now under Sylvester Family Dental! All the staff is still very professional and friendly! They also get me in and out quick which I greatly appreciated, but the billing may need some work.

Yesterday was my first visit to Sylvester Family Dental. I was very impressed by the beautiful waiting room. Staci cleaned my teeth and was very efficient and listened to my concerns. Dr. Hagen did the check up. She also is a "plus" for this practice and I give them both 5 stars for a pleasant first visit. Their office is conveniently located, so that's another plus. Highly recommend!

Had a great visit with Susan the hygienist. Been seeing her for over 20 years and she was with my former dentist who retired ( Dr. Bruce Anderson) who was phenomenal. Everyone at Sylvester Dental was fabulous today. I highly recommend you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Top notch dental practice. I went thru many practices until I found the right one for me (small, personal, professional). I found it with my former dentist and he gave a wonderful referral when he sold his practice to Sylvester family dental. The transition was seamless from my perspective and even the move to a bigger and up-to-date office was seamless from my end. I was able to stay with my dental hygenist, Susan, who is amazing and my new hygienist, Dr Hagen, is competent, professional and friendly. I still trust that what they tell me I need, I do actually need it and it will be done well by all involved!

Dr. Sylvester and Dr. Hagen plus all the staff are wonderful. Broke a front tooth less than a week before leaving on a vacation. They worked me in first thing after a holiday weekend and fast tracked a solution so I won't be toothless on my trip.
