Friendly, knowledgable staff on the telephone, at checkin/checkout and in "the chair". My dental hygenist, Kim, really helped me to relax through conversation and telling me step by step what to expect. Dr. Bailey was personable and explained his findings and recommendations.

The woman who cleaned our teeth did a great job. All office staff were pleasant and I know we are in good hands at Sylvan Valley Dental.

I always hated going to the dentist until I found Sylvan Valley! Nothing is high pressure and each time I am there, I leave feeling that they are considering the best treatment plan for me, not what is necessarily best for their practice. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Pat, Dr. L, Dr. B and Charlene give excellent care and deserve a big shout out!

Gini was a wonderful caring hygienist. Very gentle too. So glad my issue that I admitted to her and doctor will not be a problem. Good news. Would highly recommend Dr. Lorch.

Never answer the phone . Says open on website phone says there closed . Then they complain cause you didn't call. If they want you to call then hire someone to answer the phone.

This office is top notch. They're always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lorch is the friendliest, most realistic and approachable dinner I have ever met. I'll be a patient for as long as they have me - along with my entire family!

Although my personal experience wasn't positive, due to a lapse of care by a previous dental office during Covid (it was my fault, too); Sylvan Valley made me feel cared for and comforted, despite the bad news about my teeth. The office crew is spectacular, and the hygienist and dentist who saw me were kind and very gentle. I definitely recommend this practice, and my own mother was a hygienist for over 30 years, so I'm picky!
