Born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN himself, Dr. Rorick is proud to be serving the community he loves. He attended Hillsdale College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and later earned his Ph.D. in genetics from the University of Iowa. Dr. Rorick worked diligently on genetics research and was published in the American Journal of Medical Genetics, Genetic Medicine, and Human Molecular Genetics. While he found this rewarding, Dr. Rorick knew his passion was to help patients. This lead him to enroll in dental school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top third of his class.

After completing dental school, Dr. Rorick completed duty with the U.S. Navy, and in July of 2016, he earned a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. He is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of his field and has participated in over 500 hours of continuing education. Dr. Rorick has received several awards for service and leadership and is eager to utilize those skills in the community. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children together and look forward to raising them in Fort Wayne.

Dr. Emily Zolnik is a Fort Wayne native, growing up on the northwest side of town. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science and had minors in psychology, chemistry, and biology. Dr. Zolnik went on to study at Indiana University School of Dentistry earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. During dental school she was a part of the Health Professions Scholarship Program with the United States Navy. After graduation, she did an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the 32nd Street Naval Dentistry Clinic in San Diego, CA.

Dr. Zolnik served five years in the United States Navy as a dental officer. She spent the majority of her career stationed at Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Beaufort, South Carolina. Dr. Zolnik is passionate about being a lifelong learner and providing excellent care to all of her patients. She keeps up with all of the latest dental literature by attending continuing education courses and is currently working towards her Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry.

In her spare time, Dr. Zolnik enjoys spending time with her husband Jonathan Zolnik and their three young children. Jon is an active member in the community and a sports enthusiast. He is the defensive coordinator for the Northrup football team.

Bri is the first person patients meet when they walk through our doors. She enjoys being able to provide patients with the best customer service and address all of their needs. Bri has a strong background in insurance and patient care, both equally important to our practice. She finds interacting with patients and making them a part of the Sycamore Hills Dentistry family extremely rewarding. Helping others feel at ease in our practice is one of Bris many specialties.

She and her husband, Allen, have a beautiful baby boy named Brody and he has blessed their life immensely. She enjoys spending their weekends as a family and soaking up all of the quality time they can. Her favorite hobbies include gardening in the summertime and shopping. Shes always looking for a bargain!

Originally from Columbia City, IN, Alivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern Indiana. Additionally, she is licensed in local anesthesia as well. Alivia is committed to providing her patients with the most compassionate care and treatments. She believes her work is her craft and loves getting to spend time with her patients and their families. Her goal is to make patients feel at home when they come in to visit her.

Alivia enjoys spending time with her friends and family and enjoying the outdoors. Shes a member of several volleyball leagues in the Fort Wayne area and serves as an assistant coach for two school volleyball teams. She finds great joy in helping the kids improve and sharing her love for the game with them. She is thrilled to welcome you to the Sycamore Hills Dentistry family!

Andrea is born and raised in Fort Wayne. She graduated from IPFW in Dental Assisting in 2008 and loves working in dental offices! Andrea grew up loving teeth and knew at a young age that she wanted to have a career in the dental field. Her contagious smile and friendly personality is infectious and she is sure to brighten up your day when you see her in the office!

Andrea loves making patients happy and confident about their smile. She loves working at Sycamore Hills Dentistry because its a great family to be a part ofshe especially loves the care and attention Dr. Rorick and Dr. Blair show to their patients and their families. In her spare time, Andrea loves being outside gardening and hiking as well as spending time with her kids.

As our Director of Advertising and Marketing, Liz has several roles within our practice. From marketing to human resources to bookkeeping, she is an asset to our team in many ways. Liz has a unique background in elementary education, website design, and the service industry, all of which positively impact a family-oriented dental office.
