Highly educated, Dr. Tijerino earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of San Francisco School of Dentistry, and she has been practicing since 2002. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Southern Alameda County Dental Association and the Spear Study Club.

Wonderful all around! This is the first dentist office that has ever given me a tour of the office as a new patient (such a nice touch!). Super clean, all around friendly staff and Dentist!

Covid-sensitive and client-friendly! Sycamore Family Dentistry takes care of its patients in a courteous, timely manner. Minimal lobby waiting time, uber-clean rooms, all new equipment, calming atmosphere. Makes me want to go to the dentist! They always talk through my treatment plans thoroughly and understandably with me.

Very thorough and awesome staff! I usually get nervous about going to the dentist, but they have an amazing team that makes everything seem more comfortable! I definitely recommend this office if you're looking for a new dentistry!

I have been a dental patient for many years. Their hygienists & dentists are gentle, quick, thorough and friendly. They use the latest tools to diagnose, treat & clean teeth. They have their own dental insurance plan as an option which we appreciate as retirees. I have gone to other dentists from time to time but always come back to Sycamore. I highly recommend their services.

The staff, Dafney and Dr. Ross-Tijerino are all great. I'm not the best patient, possibly the worst as I can't stand dentists or doctors, but they treat me well and do their best to accommodate me.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ross and her team at Sycamore Family Dentistry for years. They go above and beyond any time our family has even a semi-urgent dental issue (which has been a huge help) and offer consistently friendly and professional care. The office is high-tech and has lots of amenities (massage chairs while you're teeth are cleaned? ).

I've never been to a kinder dentist office as Sycamores. The front desk, the dental assistant, the doctor. The surgical Coordinator. I felt very at ease and they were really able to help me with my anxiety and all concerns. I wish I could Give more then 5 stars

Been a while since my last dental visit. I was nervous, but my fears were unwarranted. I was met by a dental assistant who provided a tour and explanation of the facility, then took x-rays. Everything was explained along the way. The facility is immaculate, staff friendly and courteous, and all equipment state of the art. The dentist provided a thorough examination, the cleaning was performed expertly and was painless Highly recommended!

Always an amazing experience. Our whole family goes here and have went here for years. Clean safe and honest business. If you don't go to Sycamore Family dentistry you are missing out. They're so good with the kids also. As well as the adults who are a little scared of dentist.

I had gone in to Sycamore Family Dentistry having only 3 usable teeth left and hadn't been to a dentist in 20 years out of fear from a previously traumatic experience I had in the past. I was hoping that I could possibly improve my quality of life with some new teeth. I was extremely apprehensive but had heard wonderful things about this facility. Dr. Ross and her staff listened to all my needs and concerns and did everything I asked. They have impeccable chairside manner and are consummate professionals. Best decision ever
