Dr. Michael M. Neglia received his undergraduate degree in Art, with an emphasis in Ceramics and a minor in Chemistry, from La Sierra University in California. He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was awarded the prestigious Top in Class Clinical Dentist Award, in addition to awards for extensive dental volunteer work.
Dr. Neglias philosophy is to ensure premiere dental health and overall wellness. This is backed by his sound clinical experience, research, and teaching skills. He takes time to listen to his patients and keeps their best interests in mind, treating them as if they were family, and always giving his honest opinion.
Dr. Neglias expertise is in part due to his extensive dental research in the United States, Germany, and Australia. He believes in staying up-to-date on the latest technology and through continuing education, providing the best, comfortable and trustworthy dental care. Dr. Neglia will add an extensive amount of expertise to the practice in areas such as implant placement, endodontics (root canals), Invisalign, extractions including wisdom teeth, cosmetics (veneers, crowns, bonding), TMD (jaw issues), Botox and sleep appliances.
Dr. Neglia (aka Dr. Mike) grew up in Southern California, where he practiced for many years (most notably in Beverly Hills), before making his way to the Midwest. He is married to his wife, Nesa, and has a son and a daughter. He enjoys golfing, ceramics, photography, sports, cars, exploring new areas, and spending time with his family.

Just moved here and needed a dentist. Had to have a molar pulled. Dr. N got the tooth out with out breaking just took his time and very patient. Numb my tooth didn't even feel it. Had some complications do to bleeding from being on warfrin. The nurse and office staff called and checked on me. I was told I could call Dr.N during the night if need be The next day they checked on me all was fine This office is awesome highly recommend them. Very caring kind and warm atmosphere.

PHENOMENAL! The front office assistants were so nice and had the best customer service ever. They were very friendly and informative. Dr. Neglia is such a great & honest dentist. He truly cares about his patients and informs you of what your options are, treatments you need, and a realistic plan to get your teeth on track. He was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Sycamore dentistry if you're looking for an honest and phenomenal dentist. Thank you!!!!!

We switched to this office recently and my family could not be happier. Going to the dentist previously always felt like a chore and was never something that we treated like the high priority it should be. Our first appointment at this office changed that feeling. Dr. Tolzin is AMAZING with both my husband and I, but more importantly with our children. Her calm nature and compassionate attitude always makes my children feel right at home. The hygienists there are very thorough, and always explain the reasons why they are doing what they do, which is much appreciated. The office staff treats us like family, and their warmth and kindness never goes unnoticed. I truly cannot express how wonderful this office is. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Always a pleasant experience, when visiting Dr. Sullivan. Everyone from the hygentist to the dentist herself, do a wonderful job. I found the front desk staff, lead by Shelly, to be very professional and patient oriented. I never, never ever had a problem in rescheduling appointments and because of my job, I reschedule more than normal. Dr. Sullivan and company truly understood all of my treatment options and consistently delivered excellent results!

The hygiene staff were great beyond that not impressed at all. I felt Dr Sullivan was condescending. His front desk staff could not get it right. They sent me several emails telling me the thousands of dollars I'd have to pay for my daughters work to be done because it would exceed the benefits, obviously not having ever called my insurance to find out there was no cap on children 16 and under. I cancelled the appt to have the work done and they called me five times on the day of the CANCELLED appt (including from the drs wife's cel phone??) I was at work and when I finally called back the woman was so argumentative and demanded I never cancelled. She was sure there couldn't have been a mistake on their end...yeah kind of like the insurance right lady? Lol.
