Love this office nothing hurt !! ,just the x-rays but jjakky explained it well thank you my treatment was fast and easy thank you sheriy!!!

Love this office .thank so much the girls in the front Natalie,Shirley, they treatment do well , the girls in the back jakky , Wendy are amazing dr cho is great , tell you exactly what you need !!! And how it is , always a great time coming for my dental treatment!

Worst experience. PLEASE FIND A BETTER PLACE. Parent was not allowed to enter the examination room with the minor kid. The staff did not even inform what procedure they were going to do but just took the kid with her. Dr did not show up at all, to discuss his/her observations with the parent of the minor child who went there for first time. Staff at the front desk were not at all friendly. Reports were shared only after I insisted them to do so. Never ever take your kids there.

Bad service they gave my daughter a bad root canal , I tried calling to get her medical record so I can show my other dentist on the bs job they did no one ever picked up. Do not go here they try to scam you with other work that is not even needed

If I can put no starts I would. This place has to be the worst dentist I've been to. They put a crown on my tooth and within a month it cracked and had to do a new mold to be done again! I get it sometimes stuff happen but when I went back to get the new crown on, it didn't fit correctly (wrong size) how can they get it right the first time and get it wrong the 2nd time? Anyways I had an appointment last Friday 01/08/2021 so they can try their 3rd time to get it right and I never received a follow up call/text to see if I will be able to make it. Keep in mind they always follow up but this time they didn't. Now they have pushed back my appointment to 01/29/2021. I still have my temporary crown on my tooth but I am starting to have some discomfort. They said, "sorry but since COVID it's really hard to see you sooner." I'm so done with this place clearly it's all about the money and not about customer service.

I've been going and getting service for most of my dental implants and have not had any discomfort with them. I continue to go and make my appointments in the Monterey facility and have great receptionist name Julie and with the Covid they follow great safety precautions.

By far WORST dental group ever ! I have never heard of a place refuse service to someone who put up a bad review on their page. Like what !?! Wouldn't you want to attend them and make their experience nice so that they could take down the review and put up a nice one instead ?!?! Ahahahha this place is a LEGIT JOKE!! They are so unprofessional if any other place were to receive a bad review their response would be/should be "I'm sorry for your experience how can we help you improve your experience with us" I wish I could give negative stars for the way these people treat their patients!!

If you are looking to get dental services at this office "BEWARE". Unprofessional and denying service to patients who they left half way treated. Having already been paid, yet not willing to be responsible and professional to finish the work due to a "bad review". SO CHILDISH. Take care of your patients instead. Any other office would be professional and caring enough to keep their patients by giving them a call and say "we apologize for the bad experience, please give us another chance to make things right for you, we would like to make your experience a great one". Not sure how businesses like this one are still open to public. This business has various complaints so think twice before you go to this place. If you had any issues with this office be sure to contact CDA "California Dental Association" they will take care of any complaints you might have from this place.
