I love Switzerland Dental! My family of six have been seeing Switzerland Dental for over 16 years and not one of us have ever had a bad experience. They are like family to us! I would recommend them to everyone we know.

The Dentist and staff are very friendly and helpful. All dental procedures are explained in detail, options are provided and costs are provided up front so there are no surprises. All the dental plans that I have had through the years have been accepted. I have had excellent service with Switzerland Dental since I moved to Jacksonville in 1995. All my appointments have been on time with no wait!

Making the appointment was seamless. Once arriving for the first time we were greeted by a friendly staff. The office itself is updated, clean and comfortable. The hygienist was very efficient and friendly. The Denist Dr. Alsafar was excellent as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and actually listened to you. We will return.

This is an excellent clinic I recommend without reservation. Dr. Alsafar is a master of his craft and he is supported by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. His bedside manner is impeccable and he keeps his patients well informed about the course of treatment. After 2 visits, including some major work, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Great first visit. From the receptionist who was super sweet and helpful in assisting me complete the forms to the hygienist who made X-rays and cleaning a painless experience to the doctor who asked enough questions to learn if I had any concerns and explained what the X-rays showed, I was made to feel totally comfortable and cared for. Thank you!!!!

If you are looking for a superb dentist you have found it At Switzerland Dental. The new Dr. who took over this practice is nothing short of AMAZING. The quality of his work is the best treatment I have ever had. He is so kind, professional, thorough, he implements the best technology in his diagnoses, and treatments. I have had many dentists over the years and he is the best- bar none. He will explain the exact problem and will not do unnecessary work- very honest and trustworthy. I plan to begin using him as the dentist for my four children and switching from the pediatric practice we are currently at. He will explain everything and the whole office staff is wonderful. A+++ Absolutely the best!!

Check in was easy and friendly. The cleaning was very smooth and gentle. The dentist took photos with a new device that was pretty cool. He was able to show me my cavities and if they were severe or not right there in the office. They were even able to set up the return appointment for the next day. I would recommend them to others. Pleasant experience for going yo a dentist. :)

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and I have always been seen in a timely manner. I cannot thank this office enough for working me into the schedule when I've had a dental emergency. I will continue to drive across town specifically for this dentist office!
