At Swisher Dental, Dr. Suzanne Thai DDS delivers world-class dental aesthetics to patients from all walks of life. We listen to your dental concerns and provide excellent cosmetic, general and restorative smile care in a professional and comfortable surrounding using the best high-tech dentistry.
After graduation, she received an academic scholarship to attend Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Once obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she was asked to teach the Pre-Dental Summer Program at Baylor.
Both Dr. Suzanne Thai and Dr. Bao Thai have always dreamed of working together for as long as they can remember. She is extremely excited that this has become a reality and simply cant want to build long lasting relationships with the patients in her office.
When away from the office, Dr. Thai loves spending quality time with her husband and 2-year-old son, Connor. She also enjoys going to church, singing, dancing, playing the piano, martial arts, and participating in thrill-seeking sports whenever possible.

The dentist and assistant were great! They explained very well the process and did a great job. However I had a conflict with the front desk lady. I had an agreement with the dentist about my tooth repair but the front desk lady (I forgot her name) just stepped in and denied me to get the agreement. She just acted like a dentist saying the agreement did not exist and wasn't valid. Crazy!

Called to schedule appointments for myself, my husband, and our adult son was told that they schedule 2 family members at a time as it takes too much time. Lol..not sure how to take that. It shouldn't matter as long as we and our insurance pay up. So anyway- on to the next dentist we go. Thanks for the laugh though.

I was a patient here for multiple years and the doctor was very nice. However the people who answer the phones on a regular basis in regards to insurance or anything that you have contact with are incredibly rude. They were rude to my wife which my wife then switched over to another practice and I told her not to be sensitive. And then they were rude to me not once but twice so I had to eat my words with my wife and now we just switched over to a different practice altogether. I have been in sales/Customer service for 20 years and the sad part is the dentist can be AMAZING but it's the other people that will hurt the business. Sadly for the Dr she will lose business this way. She definitely lost a family of 6 and generational income for the next 20 years considering I have a 1 year old. I have 3 stars due to the Dr is great and her beige oats are as well. If the customer service side doesn't bother you then this is a great place for the quality of Dr and hygienist.

First of August I temped for their hygienist who was out for the day. I left my loupes case there and thought it was lost forever. Today I got a call from the temp agency who sent me there; apparently Swisher's very capable front office staff, LATONYA, had reached out to the temp agency today to see if she could get my Orascoptic loupes case back to me! The loupes are so expensive and they were new; when I lost the case I was so devastated because it was just the perfect size for protecting them going to and from work. A HUGE shout out to Swisher Dental and LaTonya for making my prayer come true!

Chelsea did my cleaning and she has a natural really genuine & pleasant demeanor which made my experience a great one! Furthermore, her attention to detail and thoroughness gave me confidence and assurance that my teeth were squeaky clean. Dr Thai and staff are always warm and welcoming. So glad I found this place!

I'm so happy, that I found Swisher Dental! Everyone is so professional and courteous. You can tell from the atmosphere that it's a great place to work. Dr. Suzanne Thai, always explains in detail everything I need to know about the dental work that is about to happen. I really like the details! Swisher Dental is my place to go for all my dental needs!

Nice facility, staff was friendly. Only issue was my 4 o'clock appointment didn't get started until 4:23. Other than that a good visit.

We have been coming to Swisher Dental for years after having so many problems at past dentists. Never have any problems with our dental work will never switch to a other dentist! One of the best around!

This office is deceiving. My husband has been a patient for a couple of years now and recently had some procedures done. He recently received a bill and told it was due to this office was out of network. He was never notified at time of service from the office. They performed the service without giving him the option of continuing services or allowing him to find a new doctor. Latoya the office manager stated it was our responsibility however, MetLife never sent a letter explaining that this office was no longer in network. That responsibility falls on the office, which they did no do. In fact , Latoya said it was the patient's responsibility, but how since my husband had no knowledge. Do not go to this office !!! They are deceitful and just want to take your money at patients expense. Would not recommend this office to anyone!
