Every thing about this dental office is exceptional. Dr. Swims and his staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the dental profession. I appreciate the kind and friendly atmosphere of this office and enjoy receiving my dental care here.

I called made a appointment for Dr.Swim office and I was glad walk in very clean place that had upgraded. I had my wisdom tooth pulled it a one by it and bottom one took out. Yes he gave medicine that made my mouth num before pulling teeth out.i couldn't fill nothing till after math..He very good Denist Doctor..

I love this dental office. They make you feel so warm every time I go. Hands down they are the number one Dentist office in Jackson Tennessee. Dr Swims thanks you for giving me my smile back just in time for my wedding renewal. I love you guys to the moon and back

Seriously the kindest and most compassionate dentist I have ever seen. His staff is kind and happy. I have many issues and he listened patiently and made sure I was ok throughout. Truly the best I have ever seen! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I was excited to start seeing Dr. Swims because I was his youth minister, so I wanted to support him as his practice starts. His lovely wife brings smiles and friendliness on the phone and when entering the clinic. She was very helpful in getting me set up as a new patient. The hygienist was friendly, personable, and professional. I was never uncomfortable at any moment. Dr. Swims was knowledgeable with a great "bedside manner." He immediately knew what to do about an issue I was having with a molar and an appointment with an oral surgeon was made for me before I was out of the office. I highly recommend Dr. Swims!

My husband and I recently moved to TN and we were in need of a local dentist. After researching this dental practice, we were not disappointed. Dr. Swims is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease immediately. His dental hygienist, Sara is great. The office is immaculate, the staff are super friendly and upbeat. Linda, at the front desk is fantastic.

Today I got my tooth pulled for the first time. If I could give this place a higher number of stars I would. I was in a lot of pain 2 weeks ago. They were all booked up but they sqeezed me in. They were really professional but most of all EXTREMELY nice and friendly to me. I was really nervous about my appointment but they made it so relaxing and funny I forgot all about my nerves lol. Thank you guys for just treating me like a person and with kindness. It was so refreshing to feel. I wish and pray nothing but blessing to you, your family's and your business! With love Arielle

Our family has been using Dr Swims and Dr Cross for 20 years. Great people. Very professional and friendly. They do everything to make you feel at ease. No turnover in personnel. That means I see the same people every time. I like that.

My husband, sons, and I have been patients of Dr. Cross for over 25 years. He and his hygienists are always very professional. He has done a variety of procedures for our family and provided a recommendation for a surgeon when that was necessary. As mentioned by another reviewer, we appreciate, however, that Dr. Cross only suggests procedures that actually need to be done. We highly recommend Dr. Cross and his office.

I have been Dr. Cross's patient since coming to Jackson 26 yrs. ago. He is an honest dentist. With other dentists this has not been my experience, but If Dr. Cross says something needs fixing it needs fixing. In addition to being a general dentist he is also an expert in the Invisalign product and treatment for staightening teeth. I am a senior adult utilizing Invisaline under Dr. Cross, and I am confident that he knows what he is doing with this computerized technological marvel of a product.
