Dr. Craig Swiger grew up in East Cobb, attending Pope high school and he now resides in the community with his wife, Jessica, son, Travis, and daughter, Blaire. He has been in private practice for over 16 years, most of which he spent in west Cobb as the owner of a private practice. Dr. Swiger waited for the perfect opportunity to find his dental home in East Cobb and is excited to be serving the people of the community in which he lives.
Dr. Swiger is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in 2006. He is involved in organized dentistry by being an active member in the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Hinman Dental Society. Dr. Swiger continues his education and learning about advancements in dentistry by being involved in study clubs, attending dental conferences and always earning continuing education hours in his field.
Dr. Swiger enjoys many aspects of his career. He enjoys helping people achieve optimum oral health, creating beautiful smiles and educating his patients about advances in oral health. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Swiger enjoys traveling, golfing, snowboarding and Georgia football!

What a great place!The name Swiger Family Dentistry is appropriately named. They truly treat you like family. You will deal with friendly smiling faces and made to feel welcome and appreciated. I'm so fortunate to have found this group of professionals to handle my rather extensive dental needs.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Swiger. From Jennifer at reception, Ireland, Dr. Swiger's assistant, to Maleah my hygienist. I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Swiger was informative as well as courteous especially taking into consideration my age. I look forward to my next appointment.

Enjoyed my first experience and received the same high level of service the practice has brought me to be accustomed to. Like they say in the ad, "Service with a Smile" You cant do better than that. The updated office is awesome. You can feel the energy upon entry.

Dr. Swiger is an amazing Dentist. He is super thorough, and communicative through every step. As a patient I want to know my options and be a part of my treatment plan, and he does a great job of this. Dr Swiger is the dentist you don't mind going to, great bedside manner and tells you each step what to expect, glad he moved into the neighborhood Update: on my visit this week we were doing some filling work, I told him I did not want a shot for numbing, and I literally did not feel anything.

From the moment I entered the office, I felt part of a family. Immediately I was introduced to everyone, and though I only sat a moment in the waiting room, it was very clean and comfortable. Dr. Swiger, as with everyone else, was warmhearted and kind. I felt heard and understood as he explained options with me. He took his time, making sure I was comfortable at all stages (I even got a blanket!). Not once did I feel self conscious or anxious, and it helped that we traded jokes along the way. He even called that evening to make sure I was doing alright! Above and Beyond does not Begin to describe. Thank you Swiger Family!!!
