That being said, I was fortunate enough to assist for Dr. Wesley Johnson for a couple of years. I can say, without a doubt, he is one of the very best dentists out there! He puts his heart into everything he does. His dentistry is ALWAYS performed to the highest standards. His funny and warm-hearted nature makes patients feel right at home. Dr. Coder graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2019. She was a dental assistant and personnel manager for decades before returning to school to become a dentist. With her years of dental experience, her greatest desire is to make a positive influence in the lives of her patients. She loves connecting with people and caring for their needs and lives in Cle Elum with her husband and two daughters, traveling regularly for their soccer tournaments. My husband both have made the move to a GREAT dental office and staff. VERY pleased with their attention to detail and NOT pushy on expansive unneeded dental work. They just want to make sure you are comfortable and healthy!

Horrible customer service and lackluster quality. I had one cleaning here about nine months ago and was surprised how my teeth didn't look or feel any cleaner, and the office staff was rude. Then, due to a last minute scheduling conflict I called to cancel as soon as I was aware and they decided to charge a $100 cancellation fee. I would hate to see how many thousands of dollars they scammed out of people during the COVID-19 pandemic due to this cancellation fee. It would be best to find a different dentist who cares about their patients instead of only caring how much they can line their pockets.

I'm writing in place of my husband who had the appointment with Candace for cleaning. She has been our favorite hygienist for a long time and dearly love her. She does a great job, is personable and caring. Dr. Coder has become a jewel in our eyes as well. She takes time to explain things very thoroughly and does a wonderful job on tooth restoration. We hope the two of them stay here forever.

Though "the dentist" is my least favorite place to spend my time, I can count on Dr. Johnson (and staff) to be prompt, professional, friendly and straightforward when communicating pros/cons of procedures. I highly recommend Swiftwater.

Been charged TWICE randomly with no explanation for these charges MONTHS after an appt. and they deny they happen. got charged $15 out of no where and they wont explain why and today got a $54 dollar charge again with no explanation. Will be filing a fraudulent charge in the morning.
