I just started my treatment, my experience so far is simply great. The staff always greets me in such upbeat and friendly manner. Dr. Swiatek took the time to explained things in a detailed way so, I knew what to expect during my treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Love the atmosphere. Very clean, Dr Swaitek is amazing, and so are all the ladies there! They explain things clearly and never give us a hard time. Aside from the usual soreness after Tightening my daughter's journey has been pain and discomfort free.

I often get asked if the Dr. Is present for every appointment and the answer is yes!! I have worked with Dr. Swiatek for 5 years and love his work ethic. He is honest when it comes to treatment recommendations and he keeps his pricing reasonable. Consultations are always free!!

We love Swiatek! Not only do they make us (and every patient I see) feel like their only patients, they are professional and talented to boot! If the office manager, Danielle, ever has a bad day, you'd never know it. She greets you with a cheerful smile and by name every visit! My son had a loose wire once and Dr. Swiatek (the most down to earth and friendly man!) came in on his off hours at no extra charge to fix him up. I can't say enough about this company but they are a model for great customer service. Three kids in orthodontics and not one complaint. Thank you, Swiatek!

Dr. Swaitek and his staff are friendly, helpful and professional. As an adult looking for a second chance at straight teeth (I had braces as a kid), I went the invisalign route and the process was simple and easy, they took scans of my teeth during my initial consultation and a few weeks later I had my aligners. Danielle is particularly helpful! She would respond to emails or calls immediately and was always super friendly when I came into the office. I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and overall a great experience I am so happy I went with Dr. Swaitek!

As an adult my teeth had started to shift and I decided that I wanted to get Invisalign. A friend suggested Swiatek Orthodontics and I'm so glad they did! They thoroughly explained the process and worked with me based on the results I wanted to achieve, and the time and money I was willing to invest. We came up with a treatment plan together, and also a payment plan that I was comfortable with. The staff is awesome and so friendly. Dr. Swiatek is very knowledgeable and patient! I'm a very detail oriented person and wanted my smile to be as close to perfect as I could get. He always carefully listened to any concern or comment I had and if it was possible to improve the result, he figured out how to do it. There was definitely some "thinking outside the box", and the results show with a smile I couldn't be happier with!!! I also love the fact that I have been able to take my kids in free of charge every 6 months for a "check-up" to assess if they need any orthodontic work. So far it's always been "not yet", which makes me trust them and not feel like they're just trying to get my kids in braces to make money. It's also nice that if and when my kids do need othodontia that they have Invisalign Teen because my son has some issues that would make traditional braces difficult for him. If you or your child needs an orthodontist, I would highly recommend you go visit Swiatek Orthodontics.

This place is special. For starters, they have completely fixed all "imperfections" for more than one of my children. Second, the customer service is unrivaled, as this vibe of community and family is felt the minute you walk up to the front desk to speak with Diane. Finally, it's so not about the money. They offer various options for families, and for literally YEARS after service is complete, they still actually monitor and care about the progress. Amazing results, amazing staff, 100% recommended.

Unlike my other businesses, they will not try to "sell" you on anything, but rather provider their consultative opinion and leave it to each patient to decide what makes the most sense for them. From the appointment scheduling to the consultation and all else, I would highly recommend Dr. Matt and his staff above any other orthodontist I have worked with.

I never felt pressured to begin treatments while they were under observation, but when we started, the process and the outcome were great. Dr. Swiatek and his office staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Kids love the monthly contests! Highly recommend.

Dr. Swiatek and his entire team and office are AMAZING! They are always so helpful and attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed going there.
