Dr. Sweta Tailor graduated with her DDS degree from the University of Alberta in Canada. Prior to this, Dr. Tailor earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Sciences. Dr. Tailor has practiced dentistry in Austin since 2005 after practicing in Calgary, Canada for a number of years. Dr. Tailor has gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry. She has worked with patients of all ages and has met the needs of both small-town, suburban and big-city downtown practices. She is a strong believer in continuing education, studying the latest technologies in the dental field, including courses in implants, Invisalign and laser certification from the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI).
Dr. Cherian received her DDS degree from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in 2013. A native of Dallas, Dr. Cherian attended the University Of Texas in Dallas, earning a degree in Biology with Cum Laude honors in 2009. Dr. Cherian has been the lead dentist at a large practice for 6 years and has been recognized nationally for excellent patient care. She is currently a part of the Academy of General Dentistry. She donates her time providing care to the Texas community as a Volunteer Dentist for the Texas Mission of Mercy.
Jennifer grew up in Georgetown, Texas. After high school, she started in the dental profession as a Dental Assistant. She went on to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene, graduating from Costal Bend College in 2008. Her years of dental experience allows her to provide patients with a gentle and confident touch. She married her husband Chris in 2013, and they have two children, Emmett and Esther. Her hobbies including traveling, singing, wine-tasting and spending time with family and friends.
Ana brings over 15 years of experience in the dental field. Originally from California, Ana finds it gratifying to give dental care to patients in a calm and caring atmosphere where their comfort and well-being are the main concerns. Ana has 4 children; she is a military mom to a soldier and marine. Her husband is an army veteran. In her free time, Ana enjoys reading, exercising and traveling.
Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Martina came into the dental field over 18 years ago when she replied to an advertisement in the paper for a dental assistant, 'no experience necessary'. The rest is history. Martina has both clinical and front office experience, and is a registered dental assistant. She loves her job, enjoys establishing relationships with patients, and strives to provide the best service possible. Martina loves to dance, dine out, and visit her family. Martina has 3 children.
Daisy has been in the dental industry since 2002 when she started working for an endodontist. Originally from New Jersey, Daisy moved to Texas in 2017 and joined our office. She loves working with people and is eager to help patients understand their insurance benefits. When Daisy isn't working, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her husband and two teenage kids.
David is originally from Fort Worth Texas. A business graduate of UT Austin, David has been in the dental field for many years. David recently joined our office, but is no stranger as they worked together for many years when Dr. Tailor was a dental associate. David's hobbies include swimming, skiing and spending time with family.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our patients and staff and maintain the exceptional care our community has come to expect. We are monitoring the situation and are taking precautions to keep our patients and staff safe. We have always been committed to the highest standards of hygiene and sterile techniques. Our methods are the same as you would encounter in a hospital or outpatient surgical facility. We are constantly watching for ways we can enhance the safety of our patients with CDC guidance. We antiseptically clean every room/operating room after use, constantly wash our hands with every patient encounter, follow sterile techniques with all instrumentation and procedures, sanitize all public places (waiting room and front desk) after each patient, and restrict staff from working when they are sick.
We are proud to be serving the Austin community since 2005. We take pride in our work and have simply grown by patient referrals. Our goal is to have a family of patients with healthy and happy smiles!
