My front teeth were cracked and my bite was off and it was making my jaw joints hurt. Also, I didn't want to smile because I was embarrassed. Dr Day rebuilt my bite with crowns on my molars so I could chew properly. My jaw joints stopped hurting, and then she made the most beautiful veneers on my front teeth. Now I always smile big!! Thank you Dr Day.!!

Dr Day is an excellent dentist. She has done all my work for 20 years. I recently needed a new bridge and 2 crowns. I now live in Texas, but I flew back to Florida for her to take care of me. Well worth traveling for her expertise!! My bridge and crowns look and feel great and I am very happy!!!!

Dr Day has been my dentist for years and I have always loved her mannerisms and professionalism. Recently I had a veneer break while I was alway on vacation. I called from another state and she was able to bring me in and do the repair the very next day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her practice.

Been seeing Dr. Day for a couple years now, saw her regarding an area of my mouth that was bothering me. I couldn't pin point which tooth it was, she said "everything looks fine, you must need a root canal". Referred me out to another dentist. Referred me to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. I also needed some fillings done, called to schedule the appt and was told that she would not do them until I had my wisdom teeth removed and the root canal. Found a new dentist, turns out I DO NOT need a root canal at all. Got a new treatment plan, everything to be done at the same office, for about 1/3 of the price. The woman at the front desk/checkout is amazing. Other than that, stay away from this place unless you're okay throwing away money and being referred out for EVERYTHING!

Dr. Day is personable and professional, and timely. I had a bad experience as a child with our family dentist and have had anxiety ever since but not with Dr. Day. I no longer sit in the dentists chair white knuckled. She's amazing!

In general l would avoid going to dentist at all costs, but.... believe it or not, I'm always looking forward to see doctor Day! She is the Sweetest, most Professional, hard working doctor that I have ever been too!!! besides that she is doing an Amazing job, she is an Amazing person!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. DAY!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!!!

Nightmare dealing with this office. First they refused to bill my insurance, then they over charged me almost 200%, then when I got my EOB, I asked for a refund, they wouldn't honor the in-network price. My insurance company got involved, and ruled in my favor. After 6 months, they issued me a check for 65% of the correct refund amount, and now I'm still fighting for what I'm owed. They were so rude and mean to me the whole time, bullying me, locking me out of the office after just asking them to take a look at my EOB. The dentist did not permanently seat my bridge and refused to complete the work after the billing dispute. What a nightmare! This is insurance FRAUD, and they should have their license pulled! BEWARE!!!

Dr. Day and Dental Hygienist Julissa are fantastic. They are very friendly and the dental care is the best I've ever experienced. I've also never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. Can't say enough great things about this office.

Dr. Day is professional and truly cares about her patients. My TAP (Oral) appliance needed more protrusion. Unfortunately, the warranty date had passed. Dr. Day worked with the lab and was able to get my appliance remade with the protrusion needed and at no cost to me. I'm grateful to Dr. Day.

My family and I have been going to this office for about 14 years, but no longer. The receptionist, John, doesn't wear a mask and wouldn't close the plexiglass door when asked by my wife who was there with her 86 year old mother. When my wife told him she was a cancer patient (immunocompromised), John replied "Good!" Apparently, he is Dr. Day's "significant other", so she defended his actions. and told my wife to leave the office. I can't believe the awful treatment after so many years as regular patients. We will never go back.

New in town. With a history of soft, crumbling, aging teeth and lots of work, I need to find my next Dentist. Dental work on top front tooth fails, again! I'm thinking it's time for a crown on this tooth, but bad timing... Daughter's getting married in 2 weeks. I need a quick fix, but with this sad mouth, I want someone really good. I found Dr. Day at Sweetwater Dental Wellness and decided to crown all 4 top front teeth. Result: Hollywood smile in time for wedding pictures. Great work and great people in a professional, friendly environment. I found my next Dentist. It feels super good, like family. Dr. Day and staff are wonderful. I think you'll like her too.

My family has with Sweetwater Dental for nearly 20 years. The new "office manager" made several attempts to reach my wife by phone to confirm an appointment. Unsuccessful, he called me and I was forced to listen to a condescending screed in which he attacked my wife and criticized us both for "poor communication" and then - eventually - hung up. He then called my wife, and then again, to cancel her appointment. I called and asked to speak with Dr. Day. "Johnny" told me Dr. Day does not take calls. I then told him that was "poor communication" and he again hung up, after telling me "This is how it's going to be." Dr. Day is a wonderful dentist and she has been a stable health-care provider for me through several years of illness. Since no one is allowed to speak with Dr. Day, I hope she sees this message and appreciates my sincere "thank you" for her care over these past 2 decades.

I've had major restorations over the last 40 years since my car accident in my early teens. I've experienced some wonderfully skilled dentists to those who caused me permanent damage to my oral health; tooth loss and costing me thousands of dollars over the years for bridges and partials. So I'm cautious. Where do I begin? Sweetwater Dental / Dr. Day office respected my time (very rare from physicians) and called me immediately upon my arrival. Very impressive!! We're off to a good start. As you probably experienced wait times of 30 minutes or more. Dr. Day has the latest technology for providing quality care with precision and comfort. The office is run like a well oiled machine; very organized!! With Eleanor setting appts and handling insurance claims efficiently, to the quality of care and overall work environment, they've got their act together. My first visit entailed a pre-treatment for a replacement crown and cavities. Dr. Day discussed the treatment plan and materials to be used. I was pleased she mentioned Zirconia for my replacement crown. I currently have a bridge made of Zirconia. It's highest quality material with great attributes. Ask Dr.Day about it. During my first visit I also had my teeth cleaned by Lauren the hygienist. The procedure was swift and detailed. She also cleaned my partial in a dental solution - Patterson Tarter and Stain Removal- worked great. My partial looked brand new. Today my visit entailed Dr. Day administering several injections to numb the crown area (well implemented, no pain), crown removal (very tedious work for my stubborn crown), impressions, and several cavities filled. During this process Dr. Day offered to have my partial cleaned (again?!). How nice is that? This week my prosthodontist is to remove the remaining upper teeth and bone grafting as a bridge will no longer suffice. If all goes well I may have him execute an All-On-Four (dentures with implants) with additional bone grafting. Dr. Day was aware of my need to get the temporary crown in prior to my temporary denture for accuracy. She accommodated her schedule to make this appointment today. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service, quality of equipment, and the skill of Dr. Day and her staff. I'm pleased I made the decision to make her my new dentist. Thank to all the staff. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional in assisting me as a new patient. Dr Day was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining my current problems and corrections needed, as well as suggesting plans for future care. I feel I am fortunate to have been referred to Dy Day and I know I am in good hands here and look forward to many years as a client. Thank you to everyone in the office and Dr Day.

I've been seeing Dr. Day for over a decade and I have always been satisfied with Sweetwater's service but my most recent visit takes the cake. I had chipped my tooth and scheduled an emergency appointment. Dr. Day was able to have it bonded and me out the door in less than an hour.
