Dr. Zhou did my son's braces and then she did mine. Super patient, knowledgeable, and thorough orthodontist. We visited her for 6 years total and it was kinda sad at the last appointment because she'd become surprisingly tight with my family. She's awesome.

Dr. Zhou is by far one of the most kindhearted, professional, and dedicated people I have had the pleasure to meet. Right when you walk in the office, you are greeted with a cordial and warm welcome; in fact, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the front desk took many measures to ensure the safety of their patients. The staff members provide explanations of each step of the process which was very transparent to the patient; I could clearly see that their connections with their patients goes deeper than a professional level, which they exceed. Whenever my brackets were loose or my retainer wasn't fitting right, they were sure to promptly set up an appointment to help solve the problem. This is to add on their exceptionally qualified team who far surpassed my expectations. Wait times were negligible and the braces process was comforting and painless. Overall, everything that you wish to see in an orthodontics office can be found in this excellent, courteous team. I absolutely love the honest, helpful, passionate, and committed staff and experienced nothing but happiness during my time with them. 11/10 in all categories!

Dr. Zhou and her staff have been great with tending to my child's orthodontic needs. I can truly say the go above and beyond our expectations. The office is always Immaculate and pleasant to be at. I would recommend anyone, that if you are looking for an orthodontist who truly cares please try this office.

very professional and incredibly nice people. they notice my teeth moving more then i do. Ms. Andrea works on my teeth and i wouldn't have it any other way, she is so sweet. come here if you work done!

This office is an amazing, clean, friendly environment. My step-daughter had her braces on for two years and just got them off today! I couldn't be more pleased with the results! It's hard to find a friendly office with the quality of work that's being done! I love this place with Dr. Zhou & Andrea!

Dr. Zhou is the greatest, I cannot recommend her highly enough! She treated both of our daughters and is so warm and friendly and loving she feels like family to us all. My youngest daughter had a mouth that looked like someone had taken a handful of teeth and thrown them in the general direction of her palate. Dr. Zhou came up with a creative solution after creative solution and now she has a grin that would win prizes! You can't go wrong here-you'll get the best treatment and a friendly smile every time!!!!

Both my son and daughter were treated by Dr. Zhou at MUSC. As a person, she is patient and kind. She genuinely cares about her patients and it is obvious. Both of my children were out of braces earlier than we expected with better results than we expected. She communicated with us every step of the way. We followed her to private practice for round 2. We highly recommend Dr. Zhou and Sweetgrass Orthodontics.

First Class ! Just left Dr. Zhou and her staff. Our son Eric Tindal had his braces put on. Dr. Zhou treats her patients like family. We left feeling completly satisfied and would recommend everyone to come here for their Orthodontics needs. Again, Sweetgrass Orthodontics and Dr. Zhou are the only way to go!
