Dr. Khan, a native Houstonian, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious UT Health San Antonio Dental School where he graduated with Distinction in Dental Education. After graduation, he and his wife Amreena (Chicago-native) decided to spend a few years of their marriage in San Antonio. Before spending 15 years of his life studying and practicing dentistry in San Antonio, His connection to the city of Houston always remained close to his heart.
Dr. Khan is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to better serve the dental needs of his patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Khan enjoys dentistry with a passion and loves to help patients out in any way possible.
During his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters as well as his family. He loves to exercise, watch and play basketball, football and baseball. He's an avid Rockets, Texans, and Astros Fan. He loves to eat all types of cuisines.

Dr. Khan is hands down the best dentist I've been to! He takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and to answer any questions. It's also very comforting to know your dentist genuinely loves what he does and wants to make sure he does the best job for you. The Sweet Tooth staff are also very friendly and helpful! Every time I've called they've been quick to answer questions and get me scheduled!

Doctor was professional of course and explained everything that was not clear for me. Will definitely come back for my kids next check up! I don't want to leave the front desk behind they were friendly and helpful since I made the appointment over the phone, they all make a great team. Keep it up.

Dr. Khan and his team are all awesome. He explained to me all the options i have for my care. Had my deep cleaning today and the Hygienist did a great job, too. Dr Khan and his staff are extremely wonderful. My son loved his Dental visit; he did not shed a tear which is typically an unusual for us. I certainly recommend this dental office.

Great service by Dr Arsalan Khan. He really seems to take pride in his work and office and you can really notice it in all the little things both during procedures and in the office. I barely felt the shot of numbing medication, dentist specifically that part gives me anxiety but ib think that is reduced, he even mentioned he does it as quick as possible because it hurts more when the needle is in longer. He has humidifiers all over the place which is spotless, a refrigerator with drinks for patients, tvs in all patient areas with tvs on the cieling as well which really help distract from any dental anxiety. The Dr and his staff are really friendly as well. I have recommended my parents, my aunt, my brother, my wife and I would recommend everyone and anyone elseto see Dr Khan at sweet tooth smile.

Had a service in May 2019. Clinic told I had to pay a specific amount and I did . 3 and half years later they said they made a mistake and according I have to pay extra money. I called billing department they hanged up on me. Then I received the below from the doctor's office . If I would have known that before doing anything I would have not move forward. This is not acceptable Email received from doctors office . Please see the attached EOBs from Guardian for your visits in our office. According to the EOBs, your out of pocket should have been 1077.40. Dr. Khan has agreed to write off a generous amount of this due to the fact that the treatment plan you signed did not have the correct contracted amounts with your insurance. Unfortunately, we do not dictate your out of pocket. It is ultimately up to your insurance what you are liable for. Dr. Khan has written off 687.80, leaving you with a new balance of 454.60. I have attached your new statement as well. --------------------------------------------------- Talked to Dr today promised to waived the amount . Waiting for email to confirm that the amount has been waived

I came to Dr. Khan through a friends recommendation and I am extremely pleased to say that I will be staying exclusive to Sweet Tooth Smile. The staff is extremely nice and professional but what makes this dentist stand out is how genuinely enthusiastic the doctor and staff are when it came to discussing my dental care. It felt comforting to know that I was given advice for the best interest of my dental health and not for financial gain. The annual plan they offer is also something that I have never seen and made even more sense to me because I don't have dental insurance. I highly recommend!

He is one of the best dentists Houston has. The reason I say that is because I have been dealing with dental issues since moving here less than a month back and after going to others in different parts of the town, he was the one to diagnose the cause of my toothache, which was missed by a dentist I saw only a week ago. He root canaled it and drained the pus and I felt so much better. While his assistants do need to learn to suction better as I almost aspirated my mouth contents while numb, he did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable and not in pain or discomfort through the entire procedure. The front office was very polite too and very accommodating as I was clearly in discomfort and they were super nice. Very reasonable pricing too.
