Impressed with all the different types of photos and how vivid and close up some of them are. I understood what the Dr. Explained to me as problem area because she showed me clear close up pictures of those areas Jenna is also very pleasant and I like that I get text reminders of my appts.

I usually don't write long reviews but I need to speak out when Sweet Tooth's 4.8 star review on Google is extremely misleading. My biggest complain is non-transparency on the price. I highly recommend previous customers and incoming customers to watch out on your bills and you will notice how much they are ripping you off when you get comparable services elsewhere. 1. The dentist recommended night guard with a quote of $500+ and $70 extra for the insurance on the night guard. The office claimed it will not be covered by insurance. I almost did the night guard there and then found out my insurance could cover 80% of the $500+ night guard at some other dentistry. What can I say, Dr Grace's night guard might be superior than others'. 2. My husband did a deep cleaning and paid over $800 even with insurance covered. The dentist claimed that they are very thorough so it's in total of 4 times visit. But the price is very non-transparent until you've done 4 treatments and figured out you need to pay $800 out of pocket which is way above what you expect from all previous deep cleaning experiences especially when you have a good dental insurance. Yeah, not to mention that Dr. Grace is too busy to do the real dentist work that her hygienist took 3 times to perform anesthesia for one of my husband's visit. 3. Since my 2nd visit, the hygienist tried really hard to convince me for a deep cleaning. After I communicated clearly that my insurance don't cover, the hygienist asked me to sign a waiver and kept warning me that "WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU TEETH GO BAD IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE YOU WON'T DO THE DEEP CLEANING WE RECOMMEND YOU DO. Yeah I understand, if it's the case, why do they even bother to do regular cleaning for me? It's funny that Dr. Grace inspected me on 1st visit and didn't see and say anything that I need a deep cleaning. After I questioned them why the concern was not brought up at first, the office made up a bunch of excuses which cover up "How Not CARING and Not PROFESSIONAL the dentistry is". 4. The office billed me $35 for x-ray. I told them they didn't do x-ray for me and the x-ray was from my previous dentistry. Then they cancelled the bill and told me they made a mistake. With all billing experiences above, how can I know if this is a mistake or on purpose? 5. The dentist recommended me Invisalign while I completely have no aesthetically concern. 6. The dentist recommended me to extract my wisdom teeth while my wisdom teeth has no inflation, no pain even no wrong direction.

Dr Hwang & her entire staff are some of the most professional and talented people around. Their operation is very streamlined and organized. Clean, state of the art equipment, etc. Can't say enough, even parking is a breeze, and FREE!

She spent 15 minutes to sell me $250 sleep study with another $499 teeth guard which you can buy on Amazon for $18 using false statistics data. She spent only 2 minutes checking my teeth. She doesn't care about you only wants to rip your wallet off. Not going back.

I am very grateful to Dr Grace and her staff for the excellent care they have provided for me and my family. Dr Grace did some cosmetic work on my smile that made me very happy. The hygienists are also extremely thorough and gentle. The assistants and front office staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I admit to being very particular. If you want outstanding dental care in a beautiful environment this is your place.

Wow, just wow. Still blown away from how amazing my experience was with Dr. Grace and her team. All my life, I can say I received mediocre dental care, but I didn't realize that until I came to Sweet Tooth. First of all, they care about you and your dental care. I've never had more than 5 mins with my past dentists. They always just relegated me to their dental staff. Dr Grace took an hour with me, and separately with my daughter, helping us build a dental plan that worked for our lives. Her knowledge is superior, which made me feel more than comfortable in placing my dental care in her hands. This was on top of the amazing hygienist Liz doing the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Liz as well took her time to help me build a routine that would assist in my long term dental care. Everyone was so kind from Sara at the front desk to Jose and Jennifer who assisted me throughout the full 2 hour introductory appointment. They really work as a team here and you can genuinely tell they all enjoy what they do and take pride in how they do it. I also appreciated that they took the time to actually explain what they are doing and give you the options versus trying to sell you on services like lots of other dentist offices. Amazing customer service, but it didn't end there as the dentist office also uses the most state of art equipment and technology that I've ever seen. As for your comfort, enjoy a heated massage chair, watching your own TV program or Netflix show while having a cleaning. It's like a spa instead of a dentist. After one visit, I never want to go anywhere else. Hope you give Dr Grace and her team a chance to show you what real dental care looks like.

Very pleasant office. Dr. Grace and the entire staff is warm and caring. My first visit to the office and I got answers to my questions. Highly recommend this office to anyone who wants quality dental care.

I love Sweet Tooth Dentistry! Yesterday was my daughter's first ever dental appointment and she absolutely loved it! She asked me this morning when are we going back to the dentist. I cannot thank you all enough for making her first experience so much fun! 6 months cannot come soon enough for her, she will be reminding me about the dentist everytime we brush her teeth.
