I went there for the first time. I've always had a healthy smile, but Dr Kroll claimed that I had 6 cavities. I got a second opinion, and I have no cavities. Note: since it was mentioned in the response, the advanced technology wasn't working the day I went in so indeed the cavities were only detected by hand. I had also seen a dentist 4 months prior and had no cavities.

Dr. Dy has helped my son Khaled with loving and kind care. He is now 8 months and he needed his tongue tie re corrected at 5 months. Dr. Dy's special training has given her the tools to do a functional release. This was a very different experience than with my daughters release 8 years ago. Rather than just doing a quick laser procedure, Dr. Dy took her time making sure his tongue was where it was supposed to be to allow for proper function while breastfeeding. She is definitely a gem in the Tampa area. Would recommend to my family and friends ! Thank you Dr. Dy and to all the office staff for making me feel like family.

So thankful for Dr. Dy and her amazing staff. I knew my newborn had both a lip and tongue tie, which was making it a struggle for her to breastfeed. When I went for the consult at 7 weeks old, Dr. Dy took a look at her mouth and explained everything thoroughly, in a very calming and comforting room. As a mother, it's an emotional place to be, because you want to spare putting your baby through any procedures, but you also want to make the best decisions for their health. After discussing the current and long term effects that tongue ties can cause, I knew it had to be done. Dr. Dy was very in tune with how this felt as a mother, which also helped ease the stress. They took the baby to another room and came back minutes later- done! She provided a nursing pillow and encouraged me to nurse right away.. I could immediately feel a difference in the baby's latch. Dr. went over post op stretches which were easy to do, and referred us to a craniosacral therapist to help relieve the tension in baby's upper body, as well as a lactation specialist to ensure baby was able to learn how to latch properly. Our breastfeeding journey is now going amazing, which is such a relief, ESPECIALLY in these times where there are formula shortages! The tongue tie release will also help avoid speech and breathing issues in the future, so I'm happy we had this done when we did. I wish I knew all of this with my first born, because looking back, he needed it as well. Im so thankful for this team (they are all SO sweet!) and how such a simple procedure has changed our lives!

I recently had some very extensive dental work done here & I'd like to mention how happy I am with the results. Dr. Kroll did an outstanding job. While this was going on, Dr. Kroll even took the time to call me on a Saturday to check on my well being. I don't think that a lot of doctors do that. They place much importance on the patient's comfort, which I really appreciate because, let's face it; a visit to the dentist can be very stressful, but not here. Everyone there, from the front office staff to the hygienists/assistants to the doctors themselves are really friendly, nice, professional people. I would recommend them to anyone. Very clean & nice office, too. I intend to go to this dentist office for the rest of my life. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars. I really appreciate y'all.

I've been coming here for awhile now and I must say that having Betty at the front desk reception is the best. For me, the front desk is so important when it comes to not only scheduling but also reiterating what your dental needs are with what's covered and payment options. She was able to explain to me my dental work needs in a gentle way I can comprehend with finances involved (which isn't the easiest part as dental work can be very expensive even though you have great dental insurance). I considered getting a second opinion at a dentist closer to my house (I'm out in Wesley Chapel) but after discussing this with Betty, she listened to my concerns and was able to take the time and explain to me further. She helped reframe my initial worrisome thoughts into perspective that really changed everything. I immediately canceled my second opinion appointment and scheduled my appointment with Sweet Tooth that same day. I'm done with half of my needed work and I'm so happy to remain at Sweet Tooth. Thank you, Betty and the team at Sweet Tooth!!

I have been waiting to visit for two years and I am soooo happy I finally made it! I first learned about sweet tooth dentistry during my undergraduate studies at USF and had been wanting to visit ever since. I was able to have an appointment scheduled and was able to come in early for an appointment. Staff is so friendly and my whole experience has been absolutely vibes! The care provided here is top notch and I can't wait to visit again, consider me a stan lol. XOXO

Service was fast, painless and they staff was more than kind. I found myself a keeper and will stay loyal to them. They are willing to accomodate to my schedule and they are just awesome. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience, I was able to get all of my services in one sitting. Marie was such an amazing dental hygienist, Dr.Kroll did an amazing job on my lip filler and Treva was such an amazing dental assistant during the entire process. I will be back for teeth whitening in the near future!

Better Dentistry through technology and an attentive skilled staff. I recently changed dentists and had to have a significant amount of restorative treatments. From the administrative staff, to the hygienists, Dr Dy and team did an outstanding job, add to this the practices strong adoption of technology from digital teeth scanners to in-house, while you wait 3-D printing of your crowns and you can ask for a better experience.

Today I had the experience of spending hours in the chair at Sweet Tooth Dentistry. While I certainly did not want to be at the dentist today, they made it as pleasant as could be. Everyone there is always willing and ready to help. I felt zero pain or discomfort (during or after my procedure(s).

I was having terrible tooth pain for days and couldn't get a appointment. So today I was scrolling for near by dentist and everyone I called couldn't fit me in. My last search was "Sweet Tooth Dentistry". So i gave them a call and that's when the amazingness started. The young lady was very pleasant and was able to fit me in last minute. Once I got there, the front desk ladies' were very nice and welcoming....also patient. They got me back immediately began to take images of my mouth and the tech informed me of what my pain issue was. No more than 10 mins later Dr. Kroll came in and showed me my issue and told me what had to be done. She told me there would be a little wait, since she had to see other patients. I didn't mine because gave me some numbing gel to relieve my pain so I wasn't in any discomfort while I waited. The nurses would come into my room every now and then to check on me and see how I was doing (which was nice). Dr. Kroll came with her assistant and preformed a tooth extraction. The extraction was painless and seamless! We were done no more than 1 min. The nurse gave me pointers as to what I needed to do afterwards. Dr. Kroll came in one last time, asked if I had any questions and provided me with a referral and a prescription. I went to the front desk and the ladies there were again pleasant and asked me about coming back to get other procedures done. I will definitely be back and will be a patience. I truly recommend Sweet Tooth Dentistry for all of your dental needs!! 5 stars

Review for Sweet Tooth Dentistry: I can't say enough good things about Dr Dy and her staff! They are all courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and have great communication.. Dr Dy is gentle, caring, informative, and pays attention to details. I needed two crowns and some cosmetic work done; all three were front lower teeth. Dr Dy is a highly skilled artist in making teeth look natural, AND she provides one-stop-dental-crowns! No temporary crowns! No waiting two weeks. It's no longer necessary to have an outside lab make your crowns. Dr Dy does it all in one appointment. Her work is beautiful and efficient. She explains procedures clearly and takes the time to answer questions. She and her staff make a great team. They are on time and make me feel at ease. Oh! And did I mention FUN?! I always laugh a lot while I'm there! Dr Dy and her staff are phenomenal!

I don't even know where to start when it comes to sweet tooth dentistry they are by far the best place when it comes to getting work done, a clean, to be honest to have a conversation. These ladies every last one of them are the up most genuine kind ladies I've ever met from the moment you step foot in the lobby everyone is great omg you I was so scared about getting my front veneers done but Dr.Kroll made it a very smooth process and ensured I was making the right choice and for us to go through with it and here we are months and months later with these lovely ladies and we made that jump and god I'm so extremely happy I did and Dr.Kroll pushed me because I'm and over the moon happy with my new smile!! So to everyone at Sweet Tooth Dentistry THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!
