Fought for 2 years to get braces because i couldn't eat properly and always had to ge on a liquid diet. After paying out of pocket because it was "cosmetic" everything was going smooth. I've had them for 2 years now and the new front desk crew is so rude. I called in to check up on an appointment and they said I had to go to pueblo. Keep in mind I'm 17 and in school and working. I told them that my appointments were always in alamosa and that I didn't schedule in pueblo. She continued to argue with me and then hung up on me. So far it's been a 50/50 experience

Let me start by saying all staff in the back is amazing. Front desk Ortho receptionist is rude. I brought my nephew in to help his mother who is a single parent. They requested information, understandable, however I did not have all answers and could not get ahold of his mom at the time because she was working. I let the receptionist know this and notified her I will have his mom call with all his information. She became rude and upset because I did not have the information. She rudely stated "Well I need this information now so you will need to sit there and wait a minute!" I understand you need your information, but if I dont have it all, I dont have it. She needs a little class on compassion for single parents who need help from others to make sure their children are taken care of. Do better.

Staff here is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Buddy is great with the kids. Plus the inside murals are amazing and put the kids at ease.

The employees at sweet tooth dental are professional and courteous. They get you in right away. They are all amazing with the kids. It's an excellent establishment.

The girl who claims to be the manager named Tanisha was very very rude. She called me a liar and told me I didn't have to take my kids to their dentist. I was told I would get a call for my kids surgery in May for June surgery. When i asked for some one to speak with higher then her, she told me to look it up myself then hung up on me. No wonder many valley residents go to park west In Pueblo. I wouldn't recommend going here. I gave a 1 star because you can't give a 0
