Dr. Jessica Nien I've been practicing dentistry for the last 25 years. This is my passion, to me it's combination of skill and art. My main focus are in the area of cosmetic, restorative and preventive dentistry. I like to make sure you have a great smile to make that great first impressions and help prevent cavities. I'm here to answer your questions and help you have a healthy and beautiful smile. When I'm not working, I'm busy shuttling my 3 kids around.
Dr. Annie Chao I grew up in the Bay Area and am always thankful for the chance to give back to my community while doing what I love. My goal as a dentist is first and foremost to address your dental concerns while making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your dental decisions. During my spare time I can usually be found with my nose in a good mystery book. Reading is my other passion and I'm always open to hearing your latest book recommendations.
Dr. George Chao I graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and have worked as a Dental Officer for the United States Navy for 3 years. As a child, I have always wanted to work in the medical field. I found my passion in dentistry when I realized that oral health is the gateway to a healthy life. Having a healthy mouth means having a strong, first line of defense.
In practice, I strongly believe in minimally invasive dentistry. If you have any concerns about your teeth, gums, or anything in your mouth, please just let me know! Besides dentistry, I enjoy going to the gym, video games, and the occasional glass of IPA.
Dr. Jia Tian I grew up in California and went to dental school in the east coast. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, I completed a General Practice Residency at UCSF. I was drawn to dentistry for its perfect combination of art and science, and I'm grateful for being able to serve the community through my passion. I believe dental health is an integral part of overall wellbeing, and my goal is to help you with your dental concerns by providing the most gentle care. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my friends and family.
Niki She's at our Milpitas office most of the week. She's amazing at helping patients with their insurance questions or issues. She can also speak Mandarin. And when she's not here, she's home entertaining her twins.
Shoshana She's been with our San Jose office for over three years now. She's incredibly knowledge about dentistry, both with the treatments and the dental insurance side. We love that she's always positive and smiling through out the day.
Stellar She is a simple, happy, and kind hygienist who cares about patient's oral health. She has been with our practice for over 7 years now. Patients has consistently told us she's always gentle with them.

I hated going to the dentist until my very first time at Sweet Tooth Care. They made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered the office. Their staff was very kind and helpful. Two girls in particular (Laila and Julie) went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. I must say, I do love going to the Dentist now. I strongly recommend their business!!

I DON't recommend this dental for the Kids. My kids go there for filling, when she got one and half injections of anesthetic, the dentist told us she can not do the filling today, due to our time is up. And she has another patients, she recommended us to another kids dental. IF you don't know how to treat for the kids, DO NOT injected anesthetic to her. If you injected anesthetic to her, please try to arrange your time to finish. My kids is very brave to got anesthetic, but she need re-inject anesthetic when we go another dental. She needs to be brave again. Choose another dental, that will be better for your kids.

Love Sweet tooth care! Awesome staff! Everyone is very friendly. Very happy I found them because I was looking for a dentist that work on kids and they do great with kids. My kids are always excited to get there teeth cleaned. Great communication with patients! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!

We moved to San Jose this year and saw a dentist that we were less than happy with. Changing dentists is always a daunting task, but we thankfully found Sweet Tooth Care and it has been our saving grace! The office is modern, inviting, and our kids love the play area. The staff are warm and extremely helpful and Nikki (our favorite!) is a wonderful dental hygienist. Dr. Tran is friendly, professional and is thorough in her exams and care. We are confident in her skills and ability to keep our teeth in the best shape possible!

Took my two year old daughter here for the first time for a dental cleaning. Like any toddler, my daughter was crying and screaming. The dentist was very patient with her. All the staff here are very friendly and professional! Office is very clean and has a little play area for the kids. Would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed the free coffee and WiFi in the lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful with navigating the waters of insurance policies. I had a cavity (my bad...), but they got it filled and was a pain-free experience!

Our son loves this place. Dr. Nien and her staff provide a comfortable and welcoming environment that we love. The office is geared with the latest technology and equipment and the office is very nicely appointed with all the amenities. Dr. Nien and Dr. Chao's work and approach is amazing and thorough. They are working closely and consulting with our orthodontist so they know exactly what needs to be done. Great work.

Recently signed up at Sweet Tooth Care and the customer service comes second to none! I feel very comfortable here and all the services they have provided me have been great and I do not alphabets anything to complain about. I even signed up my daughter and she loves it and is not scared of going to see the dentist anymore!!! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!
