Dr. Jessica Nien I've been practicing dentistry for the last 25 years. This is my passion, to me it's combination of skill and art. My main focus are in the area of cosmetic, restorative and preventive dentistry. I like to make sure you have a great smile to make that great first impressions and help prevent cavities. I'm here to answer your questions and help you have a healthy and beautiful smile. When I'm not working, I'm busy shuttling my 3 kids around.
Dr. Annie Chao I grew up in the Bay Area and am always thankful for the chance to give back to my community while doing what I love. My goal as a dentist is first and foremost to address your dental concerns while making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your dental decisions. During my spare time I can usually be found with my nose in a good mystery book. Reading is my other passion and I'm always open to hearing your latest book recommendations.
Dr. George Chao I graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and have worked as a Dental Officer for the United States Navy for 3 years. As a child, I have always wanted to work in the medical field. I found my passion in dentistry when I realized that oral health is the gateway to a healthy life. Having a healthy mouth means having a strong, first line of defense.
In practice, I strongly believe in minimally invasive dentistry. If you have any concerns about your teeth, gums, or anything in your mouth, please just let me know! Besides dentistry, I enjoy going to the gym, video games, and the occasional glass of IPA.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, I completed a General Practice Residency at UCSF. I was drawn to dentistry for its perfect combination of art and science, and I'm grateful for being able to serve the community through my passion. I believe dental health is an integral part of overall wellbeing, and my goal is to help you with your dental concerns by providing the most gentle care. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my friends and family.
Niki She's at our Milpitas office most of the week. She's amazing at helping patients with their insurance questions or issues. She can also speak Mandarin. And when she's not here, she's home entertaining her twins.
Shoshana She's been with our San Jose office for over three years now. She's incredibly knowledge about dentistry, both with the treatments and the dental insurance side. We love that she's always positive and smiling through out the day.
Stellar She is a simple, happy, and kind hygienist who cares about patient's oral health. She has been with our practice for over 7 years now. Patients has consistently told us she's always gentle with them.

Super friendly staffs, good quality of work(from most of the staffs). The only thing I don't like is they tend recommend a lot of unnecessary dental work like fillings to charge some extra. I've consulted my other dentists regarding the same tooth for filling (I've moved around a lot), and none of my dentists said it needs fillings but sweet tooth care highly recommended me to fix it and went ahead and booked the appointment. Not complaining about it as I know I could have said no, but just FYI. Be careful and ask around before you do "everything" they recommended.

The front office staff were friendly. I was very impressed with the young dentist who is very experienced and professional despite her youthful appearance. I have had a great experience at Sweet Tooth Care.

I have been coming here since when I was young and have absolutely loved the quality of service I receive here. The dentists alike do an extremely good job of cleaning your teeth to make them free of garter and plaque. They clean their lead vests very well and I like the extra reinforcement with the sweet fluoride. The only pet peeve is that like a lot of health care providers, I feel like they have a tendency to go over the top with recommendations for unnecessary fillings, drillings, grinding, and metalwork. But the catchy business name implies both quality service and people with a sweet tooth. Do research before following their suggestion. This place is not for everyone. Someone I knew sort of lashed out at me for a recommendation.

Friendly front desk and doctors. The place is really clean with an inside kids play area where kids can wait while adults getting their teeth clean. The doctors is friendly and caring.

Excellent staff, friendly doctors. For me, going to a dentist is not a happy place but this is the place I go as I know I will receive the best service and won't fell a pinch.

I have been coming to Sweet Tooth for at least 10 years now and the service has always been excellent! The staff treats you like family and are always engaging and nice to talk to during your appointment. The office is always clean and pleasant to be in. I hope to be coming here for another 10 years!

I have been going to sweet tooth care for almost twenty years. Dr Nien is very good at what she does. She is also a kind and caring dentist. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I moved to the Bay Area and was struggling finding a good dentist until my friend recommended Sweet Tooth Care in Milpitas. After a few disappointing and frustrating experiences with some other dentists I'm glad to be in good hands now. The team is great and always makes me feel comfortable if I'm nervous. They are very informative and gentle during the procedures. I'm able to schedule last minute appointments easily and for the first time I don't feel ripped off. Highly recommend them!

Very professional, clean, and friendly. I previously went to AZ Dental and they kept overcharging us and our insurance for services we did not do. I will likely be returning to Sweet Tooth Care because of their good hygienists and doctors, unless they pull the BS that AZ Dental did.

If you want excellent and efficient service, this is the place to go. The Front desk team is always on Top of the appointments and the details of your file. The hygienists team is awesome, always friendly and attentive. The Doctors are detailed on the procedures and thorough on their explanations. I strongly recommend Sweet Tooth Care.
