Dr. King graduated from the Medical College of Virginias School of Dentistry in Richmond in 1994. She started in private practice dentistry and has become a perpetual student. She began practicing in Griffin, Georgia, and she started her own practice in Locust Grove in 1997. Dr. King achieved the prestigious status of Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in July 2006. Only 1% of practicing dentists have achieved this award. It involvedachieving more than 1,100 hours of continuous educationin all aspects of dentistry. Dr. King is one of the youngest women ever to have achieved this award.
Her commitment to her education involved completing six levels of training at the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Technology, as well as several levels of training at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Technology and the Dawson Center and continuums at LSU School of Dentistrys Aesthetic Continuum. She attendshundreds of hours of continuing education per yearin order to ensure that her patients get themost up-to-date care possible.
Dr. King is married to Tim Kohl, and together they have one daughter, Cadance. Tim assists the office with marketing and operations management. He is also a local drummer and aspiring videographer.They have been Henry County residents for several years.

Samantha Dental Assistant January 2016 Samantha graduated the dental assisting program at Southern Crescent Technical College. She is OSHA certified. Samantha is married and comes from a large Hispanic family and really values family. Samantha loves to dance and has been very active in dance since age 3. She likes being able to provide the highest quality of care to patients. Personally, Samantha strives to help patients receive the best overall oral health improvement, as well as building the patients confidence in dentistry.
Erin Dental Hygienist June 2017 Erin started her dental career after graduating from Central Georgia Technical College. She is the proud recipient of the Hinman Dental Scholarship. In her spare time, Erin enjoys time with her husband and their dogs. Erin is excited to be working with an awesome team. She loves being able to educate her patients on how to achieve excellent oral health.
Rachel Dental Hygienist May 2018 Rachel was a Hinman Dental Scholarship recipient and attended Central Georgia Technical College for her dental hygiene degree. She loves educating her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health. Rachel loves smiling faces and knowing that she is making a difference, and she works closely with our team to help our patients achieve a healthy smile. She has a Chihuahua named Layla, and outside of the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach and with friends and family.

Our visit to Sweet Spot Smiles, was just that "Sweet"! The staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating! The office is very clean and quite! I recommend if your in the Locust Grove area to come to this office for your dental needs!

Linda Kings office is a great place. They take a wholistic approach towards dentistry & every time that I've came in for an appointment it is obvious that Linda and her staff strive for excellence. I have never shared a positive post about my dental visits before, because I always felt uneasy and never having that trust with the ones taking care of my visit. My recent visit to Sweet Spot Smiles changed that. Kelsey the receptionist was very polite as you would expect from the front area and she was cheerful even being that early in the morning. Erin my oral hygienists was superb and made my apprehenses combined.ions of being in a dental office go away, like plaque being cleaned off your teeth. Erin answered all my questions and I learned a lot from the visit. I learned more from that one visit than all my previous visits to other dental office's combined. I felt safe and comfortable like she new me for years instead of just meeting me that 1st visit. DDS Lee was very curteous and also answered my questions, she seemed very astute to my concerns. Thank You Sweet Spot Smiles for your wonderful staff.

My husband, daughter, and I are all patients at Sweet Spot Smiles and we all love them. I most recently took my daughter for a check-up and she loved it. She's 3 and everyone was so patient and engaging with her. It's so important to me that she is comfortable at the dentist early on so I'm glad I chose Sweet Spot Smiles.

The staff was really nice. Sandy was great she was nice and put you at ease and explain everything really well. Dr. King was great, friendly and told you what was happening and what they were going to do. Definitely will be going back.

The staff here are very helpful, kind, and professional. They invoke a feeling of confidence that you will be well taken care of during your treatment. The office is tastefully decorated, clean and obviously well tended. And you couldn't get a better hygienist than Erin! She's very knowledgeable, caring, and goes the extra mile for her patients and coworkers. She's the absolute best!
