Dr. Muddana is a general dentist that takes pride in providing compassionate dental care for the entire family. Her goal is that every patient is treated promptly and always enjoys top-quality attention, professionalism, and care. She has great empathy for patient comfort as well as a strong desire to keep up with the latest advancements so she can offer her patients the best dentistry possible.
After graduating from Narayana Dental College in India, she earned another dental degree from the NYU College of Dentistry. Today, she keeps her skills sharp thanks to memberships in the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Chanana comes to us all the way from New Delhi, India, and hes thrilled to have the opportunity to help his patients improve their health and appearance on a daily basis. Nothing makes him happier than seeing a patient smile as they walk out of our dental office!
Once he obtained his undergraduate degree in India, Dr. Chanana made his way to the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Since graduating, he has continued to educate himself so he can stay on top of the latest findings and advancements in the dental field.

My boy Chris the man, the myth, the legend hooked me up today. At Sweet Smiles. He was super funny and chill and made my experience a whole lot better, this guy needs a raise! Also props to Sweet Smiles in general best dentistry place to go to

This place is horrible went today tried to talk me into spending my thousands of dollars on something I didn't want as priority as well as dental assistant sagging pants gang tats on neck and hand and slang talking and women in waiting room yelling about third visit impressions not Back yet !! Dentist basically tried to force me into getting what he could only perform went two other spots they could do work just higher priced!! This guy was rude didn't care bout feelings

I really wish I could give zero stars. This was just an over all horrible experience. I should have known it was not going to be a good experience the second I walked in. There was zero picture hanging on the wall in the waiting room. There was a lady at the counter angry that she was wasting her time while people continued to mess up. They brought me back to an open space calling me by the wrong name. All the dental assistants had gang tats. He talked about working at all these places and made me think he was not working at them due to him being unprofessional. I'm really not even sure how he is employed. His shirt was unbuttoned and had sagging pants. When the dentist came it, it was worse. I explained to him what I was wanting to do and he immediately told me he couldn't do that. I tried to talk to him numerous times about it and he continued to not try to help me find a solution. He also continued to try to talk to my spouse over me. The dentist refused to do what I asked him to do but acknowledged it was my money to spend how I would like. Would not recommend to anyone.

They are so accommodating. My son absolutely loves Mr. Chris. Anytime he seems him it's like he forgets all the stuff he's about to get done. They do such a wonderful job!

This morning, my appointment was for a root canal. I was very nervous going into this procedure. But the experience I had was awesome. Doctor took very good care of me. And his team working this morning was amazing too. All were very kind and caring. Thank you so much

After visiting this facility, I will never go back or refer anyone to this uncaring, money hungry business!!! I originally seen Dr. siddqui. I went in because the original fill in that was on my tooth fell off. So when he put the fill in on, he put way to much on. It was so much on my tooth, that it didn't feel like my other teeth. Wasn't smooth, just packed on there and sent me home. So by the time I got home, all numbness was gone and i didn't like how my tooth felt so I called and made another appointment to smooth it out. (Something he should of did before I left facility the first time). So I went back and he shaved way to much off to the point, I had a small Crocked gap in my teeth. I never had a gap there. I was so dissatisfied and very depressed with my smile but just kind of dealt with it, until I couldn't anymore. I rescheduled a new appointment with a different dentist Dr. chanan. Thinking that this dentist might be better or not as sloppy and careless as the other dentist dr. Siddqui. Explaining to him, what I've been goin threw, I just wanted him to fill the crocked space, he did everything but that! And shaved down my tooth and made a bigger crocked gap. I was so horrified and crying when I felt my tooth with my tongue. I told him he had made it worse and I never asked him to shave it down. He told me he couldn't fix it, because he had another patient. And told me to reschedule, with the sloppy dentist, that I was already avoiding going to. So the day comes to see the sloppy, impatient, careless dentist dr siddqui. He tells me that I have to pay $1000 for a crown and that he couldn't shave anymore tooth down to add the fill in, to cover the gap. He said it was unsafe to shave anymore tooth down. I asked him why would the other dentist dr. Chanan, shave down my tooth even more without my consent, if it wasn't safe. He couldn't give me a answer. Just very rude, he kept huffing & puffing, like he was so annoyed that I was dissatisfied about my tooth. He even pulled out his phone and started texting while I was talking to him. Very unprofessional and didn't care about the damage and depression he caused me.

I recommend Sweet Smiles to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Everyone there is wonderful! Friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Kaur did and excellent job. I barely even felt her do the shot to numb me before the procedure.

My Fear of going to the Dentist is overwhelming for me but everyone from the first time I called to make an appointment, to the girls at the front desk, the dental assistants, and The Dentist himself are the kindest people I've encountered in such a long time. I had two teeth that had to be removed on my second visit.. Dr. Summit pulled them before I even knew one had been removed. I strongly recommend this dental group to anyone, you will be treated with great care, customer service and dignity. I overheard the staff dealing with crying children , and The gentle way they redirected the children was also amazing. Again I highly recommend this dental group they are a top notch group of people and that can be difficult to find these days.

This was my first visit to Sweet Smiles Family Dentistry. My daughter told me about this place. I had a tooth pulled out today. I have never had a tooth pulled out so fast. The staff was very kind and professional. The Dentist was great. I am so happy I came here. I will tell others about my visit. Thank you all so much.

I needed an infected tooth pulled asap & they were very fast, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get a consultation the day that I called & also had the tooth removed at the same appointment! Also the most affordable pricing with no insurance coverage that I found! While getting the tooth extracted the dentist made sure to keep asking was I ok and if there was any pain. Made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much sweet smiles! :)

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! By far the BEST dentist I've ever been too. Everyone is just so warm and caring they make the experience so much more easier. My anxiety was thru the roof and they calmed me down and did an AMAZING job ! Absolutely 100% recommend for anyone. If you're just simply embarrassed to have anyone look go to this place, they're definitely there to fix you not judge you. Thank you allllllll!!!

So many wonderful things about this office. I was in a situation where I couldn't find an office that took my Medicaid insurance and did molar root canals. So I had a friend that had recommended to this office. Went in for an exam and Dr. Chanana was able to do the root canal. With the root canal they advised a crown that was not covered by the state due to the material being a stronger, better, and long lasting material. So they gave me the pricing for the crown which I did become hesitant because I did not expect to pay anything out of pocket but thankfully they do offer payment plans and discounts and were able to break my payment into visits. I did get the root canal and crown done and nothing but relief. Dr really helped when I was anxious. I was nervous about having the procedure done but he was very kind and explained every step. I then came back for a cleaning with the hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. My teeth did not feel sensitive at all and she gave a lot of helpful hygiene tips. I am very happy with the decision to make this my home dental office and bring along my family. Highly recommend!!

The star I gave goes solely to the nice young lady at the front desk and the dental assistant. They were kind, and pleasant. The dentist on the other hand.... not only did I hear him raising his voice at a young child to open his mouth wider now (the child was probably around 6 or 8 and clearly terrified) but his bedside manner was lacking. He gave short bits of information and had very little warmth to provide someone who may have a fear of the dentist or who is in severe pain. Then some woman, who I can only guess is his wife, came over with a clip board and told me that my insurance wouldn't cover a portion of the procedure (which after talking to my insurance was actually untrue) and she tried to charge me 1200 out of pocket for a crown, and 205 for "building the tooth" of which she would like the $205 now and a down payment on the crown. Mind you.... my insurance hadn't even received or approved my X-rays yet. No. Just NO. I went to a lovely little place called Village Dental (who accept both Medicaid and Medicare, you're welcome) and they gave me a second look with a thorough and friendly exam. A closer look at my X-rays with explanations and options for care. They offer beautiful discounts on out of pocket expenses and was I was able to get personalized care at a FRACTION of the cost. Please do yourself a favor and get a second look at another place (or village dental) that will offer warm bedside manner and affordable pricing.

Both the dentist and the dental assistant were wonderful, both engaging with my son, who is three years old. He had to get some pretty extensive oral work. He never once cried or felt scared. They also took the time to explain everything they were going to do before even getting started.
