I never have to wait long when I arrive. The staff is friendly and treat me well. The hygienists always do a great job with my whole family. I'm always pleased with our visits.

I've never been there before, and I suppose that I never will. I called at 16:00 on a Wednesday to schedule my first appointment with them. Their voicemail answered, so I explained why I was calling and left my name and number. It's now 4 days later, and I've received no response. I'm going to move on and try to make an appointment somewhere else. Oh well.
