Dr. Swartout graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017. He attended Wabash College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2012. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Indiana Dental Association, and Indianapolis District Dental Society.
Dr. Jack lives in Brownsburg with his wife Megan, a 1st grade teacher at Cardinal Elementary School, and his four daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and all their busy schedules. He also loves keeping aquariums and fish. One of the tanks is in the waiting room of the office!
Laura grew up on the northside of Chicago although she was born in Indianapolis. She returned to the Indy area when she began studying at Indiana University where she earned her degree in History, Art History, and Dental Hygiene. She and her husband now live in Greencastle with their two year old daughter and the familys cocker spaniel. I am excited and proud to be part of the team, said Laura.
Jana grew up on the southside of Indianapolis, lives on the northside and works on the westside. She attended Indiana University School of Dentistry 30 years ago. She has worked with the team for the last 29 years. 'This is the best group of women I could have imagined. At this point we are more than co-workers, we are family! She has two grown children. Her daughter graduated from Notre Dame and her son from Indiana University.
A smile is the prettiest thing youll ever wearLindsey obtained her initial dental assisting certificate at Professional Careers Institute in 2004 and went on to receive her expanded functions certificate in 2005. She is attentive to detail and looks forward to the end result. She is very social and enjoys interacting with people and making them feel more comfortable in the dental setting. Originally from Greencastle, she now resides in Brownsburg and loves spending time with her son and driving to her hometown to be with family.
Darla grew up in Parke County and graduated from Turkey Run High School. She earned her Medical Assistant certification from PCI and worked for 30 years in various roles including practice manager at Brownsburg Family Medical Center. Darla enjoys working with patients of all ages. She and her husband, Bill, have three children and seven grandchildren. Darlas favorite activity is spending time with her grandchildren.
Andrea grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Avon 12 years ago. She received her Certificate in Dental Assisting from IU School of Dentistry in 2010. She later went back and earned a Certificate in Expanded Functions, also at IU School of Dentistry in 2015. She has been married to her husband Brian for 10 years. They have two children. Andrea is excited to be part of the team and loves helping patients gain confidence in their smile.
Anita grew up in Brownsburg, she is a medical assistant and has been working in a family practice in Brownsburg for many years. She recently joined Swartout Dental and works part time in the front office. I am pleased with this new transition into a dental practice, especially this practice. It is truly a great team to work with. I feel like we are focused on giving patients the best dental experience they possibly could have! Anita lives in Avon with her husband, Harlan and enjoys spending time with their big family, including their 10 grandchildren.

Wonderful Office with a very welcoming staff. I have visited the office for cleanings and procedures and always feel at ease and comfortable. The hygienists and Dr. Jack are very friendly and always take the time to answer any questions you may have.

I had both a cleaning and teeth whitening. Kristy did a great job cleaning my teeth and Lindsay was fantastic in whitening my teeth two levels better from what I started with. It's great having a team who can get what you want in one appointment with better than expected results. I definitely recommend!!
