Let me start this off by saying I am a 24 year old CRY BABY. I am Autistic and have really bad anxiety. Dr. Swanson and June made me feel so comfortable the entire process. She told me if I was crying going into the gas I would be crying while I was on it too, so she gave me a tissue and a bit to compose myself and came back to make sure I was okay to start. The gas was a bit too strong at first so I let her know and she turned it down, then back up after my body was used to it. This is when Dr. Swanson came in and asked me how I was doing, spoke to me a bit. Told me two quick pinches, I breathed in and out and the needles were done. He told me I did great and I told him I was scared for the pressure not the needles. He told me he would make it the least amount of pressure as possible & let me tell you my experience was wonderful. I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed and had one bone graft. I had baby teeth pulled as a child and felt the entire process despite being stabbed by 10 total needles.. not with Dr. Swanson! He assured me I could let him know if I was feeling pain and he actually asked me himself a few times if I was still doing okay and if it was painful at all. I wanted to hug them both after it was all done, the instant relief of the pressure on my other teeth and the quick process was amazing. 10/10 recommend this place!! Very caring staff, despite what all the other reviews led me to believe walking in. I was so scared but that quickly dissipated after June held my hand. Absolutely amazing experience following very intense childhood dental trauma. Helped me both physically in my mouth, and mentally be less afraid of procedures like this in the future. Thank you!!

He is very rude, and there billing is also rude. Had 2 separate incidents with them. The first they sent it to the wrong insurance and sent me a bill. So I had to call around and figure out there mess up. Now this time I told them the wrong dental for my primary. Two days later I called and changed it. Now I got a bill again with no insurance. And again "now your saying that the other is your primary?" Yes that's why I called and changed it weeks ago. So you could bill it correctly

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and every time Dr Swanson noticed I was in pain he would stop and get me more numbing injections. June was also amazing and helped me through the entire procedure and even after when I was having problems that night. It was super scary for me when going in there but those 2 made my experience 100% better that I was expecting. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Jay Swanson is the man. Doesn't matter what anyone says. Dont let people crying cause they had a little pain discourage you. He is precise and his lovely assistant Jess is amazing. She definitely helped me feel comfortable throughout the process.

I had 7 teeth removed in one day. He did it in like 30 minutes. If he noticed I was in any sort of pain he stopped and asked if I was OK. His nurse June was so helpful throughout. I have anxiety and she explained everything thoroughly so there was no surprises. This was spur of the moment but they made sure to only take what was necessary for my teeth to be healthy. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Would have given 5 stars had it not been for being an hour and a half late calling my wife in for her appointment, having her teeth removed didn't take long and are healing up nicely! Affordable pricing

Had a tooth break and had to go somewhere fast and although they did get me in fast. It was terrible. Worst dentist I've been to. Very rude while you are in the chair and just ignores if your in pain and acts like he doesn't care. Do not recommend this place. Also most places I've gotten a numbing before the injections. He just straight stabbed me here. Very painful

I had an appt today. And when I returned home I realized my ring that my mother gave me it was her wedding anniversary ring given to her by my dad. They were married 68 years b4 he passed away 3 years ago. I was completely beside myself and searched my house and car for 4 hours. So I called and the beautiful nurse looked in the office, bathroom, waiting room, and parking lot. Then she looked in the trash and found it in the last paper towel wad. I can never thank you enough for looking for this for me. And finding it. God is great and you are an amazing, beautiful and honest woman. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my moms. I am one of those who wants things done right and the first time, so I came to Dr Swanson's for that purpose...thought he would be the best of the best. I wasn't disappointed, he did amazing work in a short amt of time, there was a little chat between and that was nice. My whole experience was great and I am happy now and Pain free! Thank you Doctor and Staff

The Doctor and staff were great and professional. The only complaint I have is that the wait to actually get in for my procedure was too long. I still have to say it was a positive overall experience.

Dr. Swanson, nurse June and his staff were so great! Very kind and caring while doing a tori removal and tongue tie correction. I'm going to take my daughter there for her wisdom tooth removal because they were so great.
