In 2007, she was awarded a Master of Science for her thesis on three-dimensional radiographic techniques. Dr. Swan is a Diplomate of theAmerican Board of Orthodontics and a Platinum Invisalign certified provider.
Along with her professional affiliations, Dr. Swan completes about two times the amount of required CE training to keep our practice at the forefront of developing techniques and technology. She's served on the board of directors for the Kent County Dental Society and was even a past vice president.
Dr. Swan is well-respected throughout the Grand Rapids dental community. She was the president of the Michigan Association of Orthodontists and served on its board of directors for several years. She was even selected as the 2014 MDA New Dentist Leadership Award recipient.

As an Office Manager, it is my job to ensure the office runs smoothly. I had previously worked at a general dentistry practice, which is very helpful when looking to coordinate your care with other offices. I enjoy working in such a fun environment with a team that is passionate about making people smile!
I was raised on the east side of the state, graduated from Michigan State University and am really enjoying living on the west side! In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I am in my happy place when I am traveling, reading a good book, or eating delicious food.
I am originally from West Michigan and am enjoying growing my family here. In my free time, I love to spend my time with my husband, Nate, our daughters, Olivia and Remington, our son, Maverick, and our fur babies Lola and Goose. I also love to read, binge watch Netflix, and go up north in the summer.

I also love art, literature, tv shows, and food.
Hello! I am Joshua, a west Michigan native. I love all animals, and have been even known to chase after deer. I love music and can often be found in the clinic belting out whatever is on the sound system. I enjoy talking about pretty much everything! Love to go out to eat and spend time with my friends!
I work in the clinic with the patients and I love getting to know everyone! The job is extremely rewarding! When Im not at work I love to spend time with my husband, family, and friends at my parent's cottage on Big Star Lake or at my husband's parent's cabin in Baldwin. You can catch me at either place any time of the year, going on the pontoon, side by siding, or sitting by a campfire! I love being outside! Michigan summers are by far my favorite season though.
I have been working as a receptionist for Swan Orthodontics since the beginning of 2021. I love being one of the first faces you see when walking into the office, and being able to greet you with a smile and a warm welcome! When I am not working, you can find me going on hikes and swimming in Lake Michigan with my golden retriever, Bentley! If I am not exploring the outdoors, I will most likely be inside watching The Office with my husband or eating at our favorite sushi restaurant.
I sure hope we get a chance to meet. I love working at Swan Orthodontics because I get to be a little part of the process of creating great smiles! During my time off work, my husband and I like to go fishing, we like exploring trails with my parent's dog, Koda, and we love to eat! I look forward to coming to work every day and learning new skills in the process. The team here is amazing with each member lending a helping hand when needed, without hesitation. The atmosphere that is created makes time here enjoyable both for the patients and for the employees. I love spending time with my family, especially with my nieces and nephews. Some of my favorite hobbies include woodworking, coin collecting, binge-watching Disney+, and singing along to my favorite tunes on car rides with my twin sister. Although Im more of a homebody, I would love to travel to some historic places in Europe someday.
