Cassie graduated from Apollo College in 2009 and has been practicing as a hygienist ever since. She strives to build relationships with her patients and is very passionate about her work. Cassie moved to the area in 2004 and currently is living in Melba. She enjoys spending time with he family, Husband Mike and her 2 kids Hunter and Bryer, training horses and competing at rodeo's.
Emily was born and raised in Ephrata, Washington and moved to Kuna in 2006. She joined Swan Falls Family dentistry in March of 2018 and has enjoyed learning and getting accustomed to working in the dental field. In her free time, Emily like to spend time with her family (her five kids keep her busy), traveling, the outdoors, movies and baking. Her friendly smile will often greet you when you visit us.
Paige was born and raised in Kuna, ID. She moved away after graduation, was married and started her family. She has always loved her home town. In 2016 she moved back home to Kuna, with her husband and two kids. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Dr. Anneliese Taylor Haws graduated from The Ohio State Unversity College of Dentistry in 2005. She loves the Buckeyes. Dr. Taylor graduated in 2005 and completed a GPR (general practice residency) in 2006, then taught as a clinical instructor at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She also worked closely with Ed McGlumphy at OSU's dental implantcenter. Together, Zach and Anneliese moved back to Idaho and settled in Kuna. While Dr. Zach Haws was opening Swan Falls Family Dentistry, Dr. Anneliese Taylor worked at Terry Reilly Health Services in Nampa and Melba. She loved her patients there and is very grateful for her time there. Dr. Taylor enjoys running, reading,playing the piano, knitting and watching The Buckeyes play basketball and football.
Dr. Anneliese Taylor has achieved extensive trainingin multi-disciplinary dental treatments. Her credentials include Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Emergency DentalCare, and Children 's Dentistry. She can treat your teeth, restore sore gums, and brighten your smile. Dr. Taylor has received awards in Prosthodontics with Waterpik technologies. The Prosthodontics Award was conferred at her dental school and then she was nationally recognized with the 'Best of the Best Award' the following year.
As a quality minded dentist, she respects and works closely with the technicians who provide assistance fabricating the materials used in your dental treatment.Feel free to ask us about the different products or laboratories we use.
Dr. Taylor is committed to not 'selling dentistry' and instead treats teeth. She will always take the most conservative approach and not sell you treatment that is unnecessary. You will work with her on the treatment approach after she has informed you of the different options. She truly believes that you should have a say in your treatment since there are many factors that play a role in deciding what is best for your oral health.
Paul Blaisdell was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. He comes from a family of dentists and this is where his passion for the profession stems from. After graduating from Caldwell High School, Paul served a mission for his church in Sonora, Mexico. Upon returning from his mission, he enrolled at Boise State University. While pursuing his degree, he met his wonderful wife, Shalyn. Paul went on to graduate with honors from BSU in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science-Science Emphasis, with a Minor is Spanish. That same year, Paul was accepted into the Idaho Dental Education Program and began his dental school journey spending his first year at Idaho State University and the following three years at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. Creighton's clinical education provided Paul with the opportunity to treat patients in a variety of different scopes; including periodontics, general dentistry, pediatric dentistry and extensive training in endodontics, implant placement and oral surgery.
Although Paul, Shalyn and their four kids loved their time in the Midwest, they knew that if the opportunity to move back to Idaho presented itself, that they would take it. After graduating from Creighton in 2018, they wasted no time in getting back to the Treasure Valley so Paul could join the Swan Falls team. Dr. Blaisdell firmly believes that the patient's well-being is of the upmost importance and is committed to providing the best treatment that fits the patient's needs.

What a great and honest Dental group. Cassie the Hygienist is one of the best I have ever come across. Very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Takes the time to show and explain everything. This is the 1st Dental office in a long time that said, your teeth look good, no you don't have a cracked tooth (been fighting this one for years with Dentist wanting to put on a crown, and I've always said no thanks), no there is no need to replace all your old fillings with porcelain (Every Dentist I have to say no thanks, mine are just fine) And they even showed me why those things were not necessary, just a way to get more money from me. Would definitely recommend! Love them all!

Best dental office! Dr. Blaisdell is such a wonderful doctor. Going to the dentist is never fun, but he takes such amazing care of his patients and even makes you laugh with all that stuff in your mouth . Highly recommend!!

**Update. Unfortunately while eating popcorn this weekend, a piece of the filing broke. I am not changing the review because they were wonderful to get me in but thought the filling would last more than 2 weeks Was in town for a wedding I was in. I chipped my tooth 4 hrs before rehearsal on Friday. Someone did not show for their appointment(thank you to the person who had the 1215 on 6/10). They were able to get me in. The wedding pictures turned out great with all my teeth. :) thank you again. You were a savior.

My younger sister has some pretty terrible dental issues. She has also had some bad experiences with dentists as a youngers child (back around 5 to 7 years old). She hadn't seen a dentist in about 4 years and had a really painful and infected tooth. Swan Falls was able to get her in for an emergency evaluation and Dr. Blaisdell walked her through every step, earned her trust, and helped relieve her infection. He was so kind and understanding of her fears and hesitancy that he was willing to be patient with her reactions. His communication of what he was doing and why helped her get more comfortable through the pain. We had a follow up as the infected tooth needed a root canal and again he was patient, understanding, communicative and kind. One of the best dentists I have ever met. He was clear with all instructions for after care both times and really wanted my younger sister to have a new perspective of visiting the dentist. Today I received a call from him, not the office staff or a hygienist, on how she was feeling and if there was anything we needed. This kind of quality care is unmatched in many industries, especially the dental field. Dr. Blasdell blows us aware with his care and expertise. I have decided my and the rest of my family will be switching from our current dentist (whom we love and have enjoyed for 8 years, have been great and have no complaints) to Swan Falls simply because they make you feel like family. You really can't beat that kind of client service. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Blaisdell and this whole practice.

Had a short notice wicked painful tooth extracted at Swan Falls on 4/20/21. The staff was AWESOME, the Dentist (Taylor) was amazing, and the whole deal was smooth and efficient, as painless as an emergency extraction of an infected tooth could be. I think I've found a dentist I will return to (I haven't had great luck in the past despite much vetting and referrals). Keep up the GREAT work, SFFD, and thank you!

I have been always had to get dental work done my whole life. Dr. Blaze is literally thee best dentist I have ever seen. Super friendly and understanding, quick, light handed. His staff is amazing, I've had 2 crowns and multiple fillings done and am very pleased with his work. I will always go to Swan Falls Family Dentistry and refer anyone I know needing work done. Its like visiting family.

Had my first appointment with Dr Blaisdell and his crew today and was so happy with the care that I received! Tiffany was the hygienist that took care of me and she was amazing! I felt like I was just hanging out & chatting with a friend and not sitting at a dentists office. Dr Blaisdell was very kind and took time to try to get to know me which was appreciated. I left my exam feeling very comfortable and well taken care of which is different from past dental experiences that I've had. Not to mention they played good music throughout the visit as well . I will certainly be recommending this office to others!

I had my appointment June of 2020. The dental hygienist and dentist were great. The woman working the front desk was nice. The problem? It is now September 23rd and I get a call stating that the insurance came back (MONTHS later) stating that my appointment is no longer covered. Before my appointment with them, I called the insurance company and they stated I was covered. They gave me the ID number and I then handed it to the front desk at the dentist office. The woman working called and VERIFIED my information with the insurance company. Then stated that I was good to go - nothing else needs to be done. Fast forward to today and I get a call stating I need to pay almost $400 dollars! It was NOT my fault and yet I had to pay for everyone else's mistakes. Not only that, but it is beyond expensive there for just a basic cleaning and x-rays. I went to other locations in the past in Meridian that only cost $100 for the SAME service. Be very cautious coming here...you might have to spend a lot down the road.

My teeth are not in good condition, I have avoided dentists in general because I have had many bad experiences in the past. I have been judged, overcharged, had rough cleanings, painful x-rays and poor bedside manner and had my preferences completely ignored. There are two dentists at Swan Falls Family Dentistry, that I am aware of, but after my wife's experience with Dr Blaisdell last week, I decided to see him. I was nervous but I have been experiencing painful issues and had to finally take care of my teeth! Thankfully, I experienced none of the issues that I listed above in the past! I haven't been judged for avoiding proper dental care. I had very gentle x-rays and cleaning with Amy, and then I had a very difficult tooth extraction that caused a great deal of extra time and effort for Dr. Blaisdell and his staff, but they stayed late, kept me comfortable and we're so kind and caring, communicated well about what was happening and patiently did what needed to be done! It's in moments of adversity like that, when you find out the true character of a business, they are a shining example of how to do it well. I will be using Swan Falls Family Dentistry to completely fix my smile (which will be no small task) and they will handle all of my future needs. I can't say enough of how this experience changed my view of dentistry. You should give them a shot if you are in need of quality dental care.
