All I can say is Horrible if your thinking about getting your child braces there please don't I promise you will regret it so unprofessional appointments are always running late the billing department always try to over charge you so please stay on top of your statements it's just a nightmare.

I will never bring my children here again! The office staff was good but the DENTIST was rude and unprofessional! She showed no remorse on how rough she handled my 4 year old daughter saying in rude tone " OPEN YOUR MOUTH" . Do not go to this place

too busy to check your information well, you wait until 30 minutes after your appointment time to tell you that they can't see you because you need extra care and if you get frustrated, it's your fault, not theirs, and if they apologize because you do seeing their mistakes they apologize in a bad way and they answer you what do you want me to do?. so if you have a special disability that requires extra care for your cleaning or checking, don't go here.

I called to make an emergancy appointment for my child and was told to go in at 8am. Upon getting there I was turned away and told they are not open as there is no doctors on Fridays. Online says that this site is open until 5 on Fridays If open means the door is unlocked and multiple staff are there that is true. But if open means being seen that is clearly not true It cost me to to have to get there and back which was a waste of my money. And I had to wake my little one out of his sleep. Despite him not getting much sleep due to his tooth issue as is. If there was better communication and coordination this could have been prevented. I will definitely be changing my child's dentist after this.

If I could I wouldn't leave any stars. First of, if your kid needs a general cleaning you will be fine I guess. But when it comes to any procedure this places is HORRIBLE! Their is always an excuse of why things need to be reschedule or not happening. Today's lazy excuse to not do a filling was that my 7year old was crying. Are you kidding me ? Of course my 7year old is crying she doesn't know what's going on. If the dentist doesn't know how to work with kids or like kids just say that! I am beyond fed up with this place since 2021 ! I will be looking for a better dentistry.

Bad service, every time I come to get my braces changed either the braces doctors are not in or can't take me so why make me an appointment? I've been waiting to get my cavity removed & it's always something. They said their doctor left early and they don't have the key to open the bin. It's always an excuse, very irresponsible! If ya knew I had an appointment today why didn't the doctor give ya what ya needed.. what about other patients too? I'm switching dentists ASAP my braces tht I pay for been needed to get changed it's been months because they are never responsible and never know what to do smh do not recommend

My daughter specially had her friend drive her from UCONN Storrs to Hartford for her braces appointment at 4pm, after her final exam ended at 3pm yesterday, just to hear from them that she has to complete her treatment in Bridgeport now! Can't they have told her this on the phone, saving her the trouble going there? Sutton Dental have to improve their patient service and have to be more careful with keeping their appointments as their customers time is very valuable.
