The people that work here are really great with my grandchildren. The kids are all ADHD kids and the staff here is very patient with them. They tend to talk - a lot!! I am very impressed with their treatment of the children and the care they give to their teeth.The kids love coming here, they are 10,11 and 12 and have been coming here for 6 years.

If I could give less than one star I would. They never answer their phones. They cancel appointments without notice. Very unprofessional and takes way too long to do literally anything. If my appointment is at 10:30am ... and I show up 15 minutes before I should be seen at my scheduled time. Worst place ever.

This place is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. They lack medical knowledge and compassion for their clients. Although it is a quote unquote corporation each office is ran differently and unfortunately the New Britain office and Hartford office are poorly staffed. I have a medical exemption that clearly states I have PTSD and anxiety from trauma that has happened in my life that prevents anything from being put over my face. I express this when I made the appointment for my 9-year-old son and was told that this would not be a problem that the staff is very compassionate towards medical needs. When I arrived I was belittled, talked down, to provided false information when I asked to speak with the manager. I was given a fax number while the staff laughed and mocked me and my condition and refused service for my 9-year-old son after I had spoken in great depth with the appointment center about my situation and was assured that I would be handled with compassion and understanding. Everything but compassion and understanding was exhibited and manifested in this office towards me. I would not take your child to this office I would not recommend anyone goes to this office or any of the Sutton Dental offices. People should not be allowed to abuse others the way the staff at these dentist offices abuse patients. I have contacted an attorney and the local media to bring awareness to the unprofessionalism, lack of care, and discrimination that has become a standard of practice for this company. Save yourself from headache and poor treatment by going elsewhere!!!! Update: Chris the office manager called to dictate how and what my medical exemption needed to exactly say for HIM to except it. Just another slap in the face from this office. Corporate has reached out to me as well but at this point I am going to let my attorney work it out. Given my medical history this to my needs this is one of the most outrageous cases of discrimination he has seen... Please take my advice and stir clear from this place..

I've been coming here since they opened my kids love it here the staff are kind and professional and gentle I will keep coming here until my kids are ready to move on to an adult dentist I recommend this place to everyone with kids or for self

Hartford location...They're very unprofessional, needs better management. This place is a total mess. My son is a client there,however he went there and took images for them to get his mouth guard made two months after he went back for a cleaning and I asked about the mouth guard I was told they couldn't find the records so it wasn't sent out to his insurance for approval. That same day they RETOOK the impression AGAIN and said they would sent it out to the insurance for the SECOND time and guess what they didn't do their job AGAIN. I called today to check what was taking so long only to be told I'm sorry but we don't see any record here that he had any impressions done. SMH! They lost his paper work again and didn't input it in the computer.I was told to come in and let him redo the impression again for the THIRD time. How ridiculous is that! I asked to speak with a manager I was told there's no manager there and one won't be available for the next two weeks. Wow! I'm thinking if it's the lazy workers or the discrimination that gets me the most. SMH!

At Sutton Dental and braces. The staff if very friendly especially Alexandria at the front. Dr Preston knows what she is doing. Got a bridge (looks natural and fits perfectly). Thank you all. 4 a wonderful experience

This is the worst of the worat place ive been 2. Been here only twice and everytime i come my appointment is for a certain time and i end up waiting an hour or 2. This is a waste of time if they dont have enough ppl they shouldn't schedule ppl for an appointment.

I have been coming to this dentist building since it was Kool smiles. Since Sutton took over they are constantly late on appointments. I have waited over 30 minutes for my daughter's last two appointments they scheduled. The ladies at the front desk never apologized for being late. When I asked for a contact number she just told me she would be the one receiving the call so it wouldn't matter to make the complaint. Be friendlier
