The most unprofessional business I ever called. I needed a new dentist for me and my daughter I work close to here so I decided to call, the front desk employee answered with a attitude then put me on hold for about 6min without me even acknowledging then when I hung up and called back they cut me off twice the third time I called back and ask why put me on hold so long and why she has a attitude and kept sending me to the voicemail she hung up on me. So rude , disrespectful and extremely unprofessional I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

1.My current address and phone number wasn't updated properly upon first visit when given info 2.they scheduled me for 2 same appointments and was confused about my appt like receptionist didn't k ow what was going on 3. Not professional, non friendly services 4. Uniforms were worn and dirty 5. Not well at informing patients on what needs be done for proper tooth care(no knowledge of anything 6 I left without k owing proper procedures and care 7. Felt like no compassion or concern was shown 8. Not sure how feel about them doing my teeth? I felt this way before so I chose another dental office which was even worsw

I have been a patient at this office since it was still Kool Smiles. I've been trying to make an appointment for months now and my last 3 appointments have been cancelled due to either the dental hygenist or doctor calling out. The last time I called to reschedule they assured me the date scheduled would not present a conflict and I would definitely be seen, which of course did not happen. Additionally, in the past, when my appointments haven't been cancelled, the wait was extremely long and I was still waiting over an hour past my appointment times. Not sure if they are understaffed or if this is an issue of poor planning and scheduling, but either way, I would not recommend this office if you wish to be seen anytime soon.

This place is a joke! I had an appointment for my child to get cavity filled my child missed school to accommodate their schedule and when we show up they tell me it has been rescheduled to the following week without even notifying me. Then they tell me oh the dentist daughter is sick and she has to get it so then did u plan for your daughter to be sick on a certain day at a certain time that you guys so called tried to contact me last week to reschedule and since you didn't talk to anyone you just go ahead and do any day at any time without me knowing !! A joke!! Plus not to mention place is a hot mess!! I have seen cleaner places!

They made an appointment confirmed it the day before then canceled they day off. They said they would call and reschedule and they never did. It's hard to get through on the phone. Then when I finally got another appointment they said they couldn't do anything because they needed insurance info and Cap size has to be made, but they knew this since October 2021. They have no communication very unorganized and just not professional. I will never recommend any person go here. Worst dentist office I have ever been to in 39 years.

I waited 2 and a half weeks for a first cleaning appointment on 11/12/21 at the 144 Boston Avenue Bridgeport, Ct location. I approved the appointment via text, got auto texts everyday reminding me of the appointment up to and on the date itself. Took a day off of work for the appointment arrived at the dentist early to find out my appointment was canceled and the receptionist had the gall to lie to me that "someone" had called me to confirm the cancelation @ 7:44 am, never received a call nor is one logged into my phone. but I still got a text @ 7:02 am telling me the appointment was still on (auto text as written- SUTTON DENTAL CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU! YOU HAVE 1 APPT SCHEDULED FOR TODAY, FRI NOV 12 AT 10:00 AM) and on top of that the receptionist just acted like it was no big deal that I wasted a day off coming to this appointment. Well It's a good thing you have so many clients that you can push aside new clients like this, it really helps out other dental establishments looking for paying customers. Well Sutton dental, what a way to make horrible first and last impression. Thanks for wasting my time,

Very disappointing. I won't even give 1 star to this place I took my kids at this location from last 10years before it was known as Kool Smiles. I'm so frustrated with the appointment and no Drs available. My kids appointment were canceled 5 times consistently saying Dr is not available please reschedule. I have to take day off to bring kids to the appointment everytime they cancel I'm loosing hours it is very disappointing. I'm looking for new Dentist place.

Called the number but it say it's no longer in service. I think they should update so that people can actually get through and make an appointment.

I had an question regarding a decision that was made by the orthodontist and was greeted very rudely and spoken to very condescendingly and I will be taken my children out of the facility

Had a great experience here today for my cleaning. Amy an great employee there was such a help to me today as she was the one who cleaned my teeth.

I would give this facility a negative star if possible. The staff who does cleaning and the dentist are all professional although there's an extended waiting period most of the time even with a scheduled appointment. The receptionist specially the one named Marissa was the most unprofessional individual I've ever met working in a decent company like this dental office. She just went ahead and canceled a scheduled appointment and when I asked why a cancelation email was not sent, she sarcastically answered back that she doesn't have time to email clients because she's busy. She also lied about calling me a day before and informed me about rescheduling but all I got was a voicemail reminder abt the appointment. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and was promised that the office manager for the facility will call and resolve the issue within 48 hrs. Its been 5 days and I have not heard back from anybody. This is so inconvenient for me and my kids who took the time to leave work and rush to make it in time for the appointment. Save yourselves some time and take your family somewhere else. This facility used to be good but front staff needs to be trained properly specially basic communication skills. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

The receptionist was very rude to be today when I called. She was impatient and snapped at me. Normally my family and I have good experiences with this company especially since they changed from Kool smiles to Sutton dental. Receptionist needs to be retrained or get an in service on speaking to customers over the phone. Then again what the hell does she care it's not her company right? She's just there for a paycheck. Smh . Very unkind
