I love Dr. Minami's office. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Minami thoroughly explains what he is doing during the exam and the "why" behind it all. AND... They're prompt and efficient. I don't have to sit around in the waiting room for what feels like forever, which I've had to with many other dentist offices. AND.... They didn't make me feel bad for going 3 years without a visit.

Dr. Minami and co are absolutely phenomenal. I often view relationships with my medical care providers to be transactional, but Dr. Minami and his team exceed those expectations. The team is emotionally intellectual, takes concerns seriously, treats questions seriously, and ensures my comfort as a patient every time I visit. So much so that I feel comfortable enough to ask more questions to better understand the care that I am receiving. While I don't see a lot of other clients in the clinic unless I'm extra early, I have witnessed a similar positive treatment to other patients. I have been seeing Dr. Minami and team for over two years now and I have two standout stories that demonstrate their above and beyond client services. 1. I had a horrible toothache in Yellowstone. It was so bad that all four corners of my mouth. I emailed and called Dr. Minami on a weekend in urgency. Despite being on completely different time zones and states, Dr. Minami ensured that I was able to get pain killers that I needed and see me as soon as I returned to San Francisco. 2. I just got a root canal from Dr. Minami and team. I was absolutely terrified about it. Dr. Minami was patient and respected my fear, he took his time during the root canal and gave me the breaks that I needed, despite this causing delays on the operation timeline. Dr. Minami and team are the gold standard in patient services and support. If you need a team that will make going to the dentist a breeze; a provider that is organized, thorough, and patient; or a dental team that just gets the job done, this is the place for you. You will be very impressed.

There is a reason this place has such good reviews. I'd rate them six out of five stars if I could. Best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr. Minami and his team are professional, kind, prompt, and communicative. The cleaning was thorough and not too painful which I appreciated. I definitely reccomend this dentist.

One of those dentists that you can tell love their profession. Very aware of you as a patient, he is always asking if I am doing OK. He is not the type that tries to push you extra treatments you don't need. I do recommend him, super nice professional dentist.

Thanks Dr.Minami for the teeth cleaning! All the staff there are super nice. I already recommended this place to my husband and he'll be there next month to get his teeth cleaned

Just like my last check-up, Dr. Minami and his great staff made me feel comfortable considering how I always feared going to the dentist in the past. It was an emergency root canal two years ago that forced me to seek out a dentist and I was lucky to have Dr. Minami schedule me onto his schedule. Since then, I have no fear going to the dentist now! =)

I really appreciate that Dr Minami explains everything he is doing, what he is looking for, his concerns/items to keep an eye on, etc. throughout the visit. He is very personable, thorough, and as mentioned, very communicative (which I need when meeting with a healthcare practitioner).

Best dentist experience I've ever had! From the email communication to the in-office visit, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr Minami is extremely thorough and I loved how he explained the reasoning for everything he was doing as he was working on my teeth, as well as what indicates healthy teeth v.s. issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr Nathaniel Minami and team are awesome. This is my first dentist I've been to since the dentist I've been going to since my childhood -- he is very thoughtful and explains all of the procedures he's going through, I learned so much during my cleaning and fillings, which I've never thought of previously. The team is kind and welcoming and accommodating, listening to my symptoms and finding solutions. They also take the time to go through my benefits without my asking, which is very nice.
