Sussex Dental is a family-oriented dental practice that has served the Sussex community and its members since 1970. Over the years we've grown with the village, keeping the best of the old while making exciting new changes in order to provide the best dental care possible.
Dental Hygienist Laurie is a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from MATC-Madison in 1987 and has been with Sussex Dental since 1999. Laurie is married with three children, two boys and one girl. She loves to garden, enjoys art and cooking.
Dental Hygienist Jean is a Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Omaha, NE and graduated from Nebraska Medical Center Dental Hygiene Program in 1986. She has been with Sussex Dental since 1998. Jean is married with two boys and a girl. Jean enjoys water skiing and snow skiing.
Office Administrator and Dental Assistant Dawn is Office Administrator and Dental Assistant. She has been with Sussex Dental since 1995. Dawn is married with two adult children, three grandaughters and two cats. She loves gardening, reading and cooking. She also enjoys camping, sailing and the Brewers.
Dental Hygienist Connie is a Dental Hygienist and has been with Sussex Dental since 1993. She is a graduate of Marquette University. She enjoys being active with her son, cheering on the WI sports teams and Kettle Moraine High School. She also enjoys running with her dog and working in her yard.

I would rate this service as good however just recently it came to light that this provider was no longer in network after I received a bill for services my child had. When I contacted this agency, I was informed that Mark Waller, the father, was in network last year when my child met with this provider and everything was covered. However, the father retired and now his son, Daniel Waller is not in network. Nobody ever mentioned this to me prior to my son having a cleaning and receiving service on several cavities. I only learned of this after receiving a hefty bill. During one of the appointments my son had recently, I scheduled an appointment for myself and yet again was never informed that this provider was no longer in network. At one point during my son's visit, the dental assistant came out and told me that the hardening material they put on teeth after cleaning would not be covered two times in the year by the insurance so I would be billed for that. I was OK with that as I thought all the rest of the services were being covered. The person I spoke to after receiving the bill appeared extremely casual regarding this as if it was no big deal. This is a big deal though because I feel like I should've been informed this provider was no longer network and would not have to face this bill. Apparently Daniel Waller only accepts delta dental and is not in that work for any other insurance agencies.

Our experience w/Sussex Dental predates the current practice. We moved along with Dr. Eugene Goetsch from Milwaukee to the first Sussex Dental practice he established in Sussex. When he retired, we continued with our beloved Dr. Karen Boettcher and enthusiastically followed her practice to the new building. It was sad for us when she passed but she left us in good hands with Dr. Haha Badawi. Why have we stayed with the same dental practice for more than 50 years? It's total trust in the excellent care we have always received. It's our safe place when we need care. It's a relationship that's been built on mutual respect and genuine friendship. Why would we go anywhere else?

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do cleaning and DH did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to DH!

Always an excellent experience! We have been going to Sussex Dental for 10+ years. Drs. Waller & their hygienist, Laurie, are always gentle, and thorough. I never have any anxiety about going in to the dentist.

Not too satisfied with the level of customer service at this location. Also, experienced higher out of pocket costs associated with this office vs. previous dental offices. No opportunity for adjustments upon calling

Very bad experience. Hope I can rate it for 0 star. I was called to revise my detailed opinion and got threatened with a lawsuit . They don't have good attitude to solve the issue if you have. Encourage everyone to share your awful story with them here. Will share my story on Nextdoor and facebook if they keep harassing my life.

I was so happy to find this family friendly practice! I'm always welcomed when I walk in. The front desk girls are so happy to help. Dr Badawi, Dr Dan Waller and Dr Mark Waller are always so good with making my anxiety fade away. My teeth feel so clean when I leave there. Great place to go!!

We have been clients of Sussex Dental for many years. We have always received excellent dental care. The office staff, Jean the hygienist, and, now, Dr. Badawi, are very professional and caring people. I am happy to give this dental office an excellent review!

I followed Dr Badawi from another dental office because she did excellent work on a crown and a filling. I appreciated that she has small delicate hands that work well in my small mouth. Jean the hygienist does excellent work as well and very personable
