This is the slowest dentist I've ever been to. I've been sitting in the chair for 45 min now waiting for the dentist and he was only looking at my X-ray. Not happy at all

Went here for my denture process, everyone was always very nice and never had any issues. My teeth came out beautifully. I'm very thankful for them and what they do!!

Honestly, when I first went in for my general oral exam and cleaning, my expectations were low, but everyone that took care of me were absolutely wonderful and nice! Very thorough care from the dental assistant (I sadly did not catch her name) and Dr. Julio Lara. They got me in quickly even as a new patient (lucked out with taking a cancellation spot) and treated me great! Fast and effective service from all. Thank you so much!!! :) I'm glad I called!!!

I tried calling on behalf of my client to see if I could reach anyone for an appointment. She has tried calling for nearly two weeks and no answer. No one has called her back either. I had no luck today either after calling several times. Seems like it's not worth it.

They schedule appointments and leave you waiting 45 minutes after your appointment time was supposed to be. Then leave you waiting in the room another 45 minutes for a dentist who is literally just supposed to take a look at your teeth. Ridiculous

Don't go to this dental office they are slow the try to get money out of you instead of using your insurance all they do is sit and talk no work then give appointments 4 months later really

My three stars are because I am neutral. It wasn't the worst nor the best but it was alright. I was there in the fall of 2021. I had to have all me teeth pulled, top and bottom. They did x-rays and checked my mouth over thoroughly and decided that I would do better to go to Geisinger and have them surgically removed. The dentist was nice, nurse was nice and receptionist was nice. They were however very factful, upfront and yes some would say rude. I felt that it was because they were very busy. They see a lot of patients and aren't always able to take the time needed to be extra friendly. Also, as for the receptionist, on the day I was there, there was a family that came in with three small children. Now if you've been there then you already know that it is a small space. This couple ignored the kids who were running around and screaming and getting into things and playing in the bathroom wasting paper towels and toilet paper. The receptionist held her tongue, I wouldn't have, and asked if the would like to wait in the upstairs waiting room. I don't know how she stayed so calm.

Had to get a filling and it only took an hour. Awesome dentist, and very nice staff. Neat layout with a waiting room right after the receptionist window on the first floor and another waiting room up three flights on the third floor. They make scheduling a breeze and offer appointment reminder cards after every visit.

I'm so happy that Larenda told me about this place at Susquehanna Valley Mall across from Jo-Ann. It was an exciting experience.

Don't even bother.....left them multiple messages and they can't even call me back. That's fine if you're too busy and not accepting new patients but have the decency to return a phone call.

It's been a year today since Susquehanna River Valley Dental on 335 Market St, Sunbury, PA 17801 since I want and to get my dentures started And I have yet to pick up the dentures because they would always change my appointment without notifying me and I'd ask them about an appointment or about my dentures they always came up with an excuse I was supposed to pick them up November 25th 2020

This is my current dentist office. Very nice and thorough. Friendly staff and nice waiting rooms. Plus. They really listen to what you have to say. Love my visits!

I wouldn't give them anything.They are CRAZY.No person answers the phone E.V.E.R.I tried a million times to get a hold of them to even set up the appointment.

Paid for two dentist appointment never touched one tooth cost me 100 for appointment and forget about my wasted time and gas could have saved me time and money to tell me they can't do it there have to go to gesinger dentist save your money sure wish I would have place is a joke rating is for Sunbury clinic
