Dentistry is both an art and science, I love them both. For me it is a passion not a job. Dentistry is evolving very fast and there is so much research, technology and knowledge to acquire, the minimum number of credits required by the board of dentistry does not even begin to cover it! I believe in being the best and the most knowledgeable in my profession and that is why I take continuing education well beyond what is required by the state law.
Dr. Susan Partovi graduated school with honor from the University Of Maryland Dental School in 1991. She has been in private practice since graduating from dental school with keen interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Health. She aspires for excellence in dentistry through commitment to continuing education and keeping abreast of the cutting edge techniques and treatment advances. She has been chosen as one of the top dentists in America by the Consumer Research Council of America.
Dr. Partovi is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry which is an award presented to only those dentist who seek to provide the highest quality of dental care through education beyond what is necessary for licensure.
Dr. Partovi has been consistently providing free services to the under privileged population outside of her practice through different organizations such as Montgomery Volunteer Dental Clinic, and Maryland Foundation of Dentistry for Handicapped Patients.
