Dr. Minchin was raised in Elmira, NY, and lives in Big Flats with her son, E.J. She and her family have long ties to the Elmira area. She is very excited to be back in her hometown where she is able to serve the dental needs of those in the community. In her free time, Dr. Minchin enjoys spending time with her family and three Siberian huskies. She loves spending time outdoors, watching local racing, and attending area sporting events.

Aboustly love!! Do not trust anyone else. And very gentle with my children. We had one hiccup where one hygienist told me to take my kids to a children's dentist after their first time being there. Other then that. We love it my kids look fwd to getting their teeth cleaned know. We love everyone in the office

My children have gone to Dr. Minchin for 8+ years always a good experience. Today I called to set up an appointment for my one child to have cavities filled and Office Manager Amy was extremely rude! She told me she needed to take my children off the schedule since I wanted to take them to a different dentist to be seen (mind you they are booking out monthsssss at a time). As I was explaining that I did not want to switch services she was speaking over me calling me my dear. When I asked to speak with someone above her she told me there was no one. It was extremely unprofessional how she acted and then hung up the phone on me. My children loved the dentist and the dental hygienist but due to horrible front desk staff etiquette they will no longer be going back.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Office is very clean and dr minchin was very nice and does excellent work. Wasn't nervous at all. Best dentist around.

I absolutely love coming to her, after I got my teeth messed up and didn't like dentists I found her and she's always really gentle and even though I'm terrified of needles she helps me through it, always comforting and she really takes care of each and every person, HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing! I was in dire need of help. They treated me like a human being and not just another dollar in the door. I got turned away at three other dentists. Here they care about the person not the patronage. I am so grateful.

I have been receiving services here for approximately 2 1/2 years. The dental hygienists are both professional and personable. I required a bridge and 3 crowns on the upper part of my mouth at the same time.. Dr. Minchin did a fine job, and I have had no problems over one year later.
