Dr. Susan Kim is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz where she received a B.A. degree in Biology. She then went on to the University of Southern California (USC) where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994.

When Dr. kim needs an instrument or an extra set of hands, Jasmine is there by her side to make sure she has everything she needs to create beautiful and healthy smiles for her patients. Jasmine was born in Japan and raised in Arkansas. In her spare time she likes to workout and spend time taking care of her horses and cows. She loves her dog 'Jacob' and eating chocolate!
Paige is a the warm and inviting person you see when you walk through the doors of Dedicated Dental. As the financial coordinator, Paige gets to ensure that our practice runs smoothly. She handles patient accounts and insurance questions. She was born and raisn in Texas. In her spare time she loves to play and spend time with her puppy 'Moose.' She loves shopping and eating Mexican food.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kim for many years now and the reasons I keep coming back to her is that she is very passionate about the quality of her work and considerate of my pain tolerance. Her dental assistants and hygienists are capable, caring and gentle. The front end office staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. I hadn't been to a dentist in years and lucked out when Dr. Kim was recommended to me by a health navigator service. She has a terrific manner with patients and is as gentle as possible considering the work that has to get done. She and her staff are considerate and responsive to patient needs and concerns, whether it's appointment timing, billing, or checking in during a procedure to see if you're okay. Definitely took the "fear factor" out of having work done.

Dr. Kim IS THE BEST!!!! She is so gentle & consistently cautious of her patients comfort level. It was like a tiny little gentle hummingbird was quickly working in there, even though I had some old fillings that needed major work. I loved how she would periodically tell me, "You're doing great" while she worked so diligently on my teeth. Just a warm & positive little reassuring touch that she hasn't stopped empathizing for you as the patient, as sitting back with your mouth open for someone to put a bunch of tools in your mouth COULD get a bit awkward, but not with her. She really cares about her patients! Even when she sat me back up after the treatment in the chair & laying back for so long, she slowly raised me back up & Asked me if I was feeling dizzy or lightheaded. I secretly was fearing getting dizzy before she asked me because unbeknownst to her, I do have positional vertigo and sitting up quickly can induce dizziness. I was amazed she asked me that and made sure I felt safe and comfortable even when getting up out of the chair. BEDSIDE MANNER IS OUTSTANDING!!!! She is taking all and extra precautions considering COVID-19 and even cleaned my teeth by hand and did an amazing job! She worked quickly and my teeth looked fantastic when I left her office. She has added air sanitizers at each chair. Also you can split up payments which is a very helpful option during this crazy year of new challenges one may have experienced. I can't say enough about her staff as well! They are so professional & polite. Extremely welcoming & accommodating at the front desk & then her assistant is also outta this world. She knows her stuff! This feedback is not from a one time fluke visit. I had some things I wanted to get fixed up in my mouth and I have visited her office five or so times over the pandemic and have consistently been more than pleased. Do yourself a favor & be her patient!!! Your mouth & overall health will thank you. I am SO glad my mother made the recommendation to chose her!!! Thank you Dr.Kim & staff!

Today I visited Dedicated Dental for the first time. Honestly, it was the best dentist experience I've had. From the front desk, assistant, dental hygienist and Dr. Kim. Everyone was so very nice to me and I really appreciated that and them making me feel so comfortable. I'm happy I found this team.

We just moved to north dallas over a year and we have been through two dentists already. Based on this statement alone you might think that I'm very picky and hard to please but we just had an amazing dentist in Austin who took great care of our entire family. Honest, caring and professional. Never ever did I doubt our previous dentist diagnosis or recommendation. And I just wanted to find a dentist like the one we had in Austin but so far they just fell short on so many levels. Either professionalism and courtesy or they are just straight out giving you false diagnosis and wanting to make claims that's outrages. Out of despair I was looking up a local dentist to seek a second opinion as it just didn't feel right. Dr Kim looked over the previous dentist recommendation. She throughly checked those teeth and made her own recommendation but to be sure. She asked me to come back to take images of my teeth to start a claim to my insurance. Not pushy at all, no creating fears and bad case scenarios just honest and straightforward diagnosis and recommendation what would be best for the health of my teeth. That's what I was looking for. Someone with experience, knowledge, skills, professionalism and someone who cares. Don't look any further ladies and gentleman if you are looking for a new dentist office I highly recommend Dr Kim and her friendly staff!

Dr Kim is really a dedicated doctor who cares for her patients. I am very fortunate to have found her and google reviews on the clinic that is near my work has helped me visit her the first time. After over a year I am writing this review. My family members all switched to Dr Kim now. Thank you Dr. Kim. Staff and equipment here are as excellent as the doctor herself. Best regards.

STAY AWAY!!! SATAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! The worst dentist I have been to!! She is a terrible dentist who lacks basic knowledge on her treatment recommendations or she might deliberately made those recommendations for higher monetary compensations which that would be unethical. They put new patients at risk of COVID by having them to fill out all the info in a shared computer locate at the front desk without disinfecting it before each use and I was in the waiting room with 2 other patients.

My family and I have been going to Dr Kim for 15 years. She has a great chairside manner, which helps me to stay calm during my visits. She has a light and gentle touch that is second to none. She is not pushy or aggressive with the treatment she proposes, so I don't feel pressured unlike previous experiences I had in the past with other dentists. I have had a bridge placed, fillings done and a snore guard made. I am more than pleased with all the work that she has done for me and my family over these many years. I trust her recommendations as she has proven to be a great family dentist who shows integrity and much kindness.

I always have a great experience here - from the friendly and professional staff to the clean and modern equipment and office. The office is nice and inviting! I've had a crown, several fillings, and even cleanings done by Dr. Kim. She is ALWAYS gentle on my teeth, and I love the fact that she never pressures me into getting anything done. Dr. Kim genuinely cares for her patients and is HIGHLY professional and ethical, which is so hard to find in dentists these days. I trust and value her recommendations as she consistently and thoroughly explains every procedure and answers all my questions so that I comfortably understand everything and leave nothing to question (and I ask a LOT of questions). She is incredibly ethical, gentle, detailed, and trustworthy with a great bedside manner. I always leave confidently knowing that I just got the best dental care. I love coming here, and I always recommend Dr. Kim to everyone I know!

I have been going to Dr Kim at Dedicated Dental for over 10 years or so. She is a great dentist who is very warm and caring and does great work. Her entire staff is friendly and very professional as well. I've been very happy going to the same practice for all these years and will continue to do so!
