DeeDee is our office manager and has been keeping our office in check since 2010. With over 18 years of experience in oral surgery and certifications in ACLS and PALS, DeeDee brings a great deal of knowledge to our team. She lives with her husband Bryan and her four children AJ, Taylor, Paige, and Wesley in the city of Surprise. In her free time, you can find DeeDee smiling at Disneyland or proudly losing to her husband in a tennis match. Her favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery is the overall team - teamwork makes the dream work is her motto.
Jodi is our back office lead and has been leading our back office team for 5 years. She is a resident of Surprise has and been active in our community for more than 17 years. Jodi is a proud mother of two boys and her beautiful granddaughter who arrived in April of 2020. With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, 12 years of oral surgery and her additional certifications, Jodi is a very valuable player to our team. She has earned her RDA and is BLS, IV, DAANCE, ACLS, and PALS certified, but she still chooses to continue her education whenever she can. She is married to her husband who works for the Phoenix Police Department and when shes out of the office, they are hiking and wine tasting in our beautiful state. Her favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery are the people, we are all serving the same purpose: to provide the highest level of patient care.''
Laura is a South Carolina native and has worked in the field of dentistry for over 15 years. She is a surgical assistant here at Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery and she works closely with Jodi and Dr. Nguyen. When shes out of the office, Laura is hiking or biking around Arizona with her husband, two boys and their Husky Rottweiler mix. You can also find her visiting craft breweries and attending sporting events. Laura is certified in IV, PALS, BLS, ACLS, DAANCE and as an expanded function dental assistant. Her favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery is the working environment, she truly enjoys coming to work every day.
Meet Stephanie, our amazing Implant Coordinator. Stephanie recently moved to Arizona from Ohio, so you can typically find her adventuring around the state with her husband Skylar and her sheltie, Cooper. Stephanie recently married her grade-school sweetheart, so we call her a newlywed around here. When shes not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family, attend hockey games and add to her Pinterest board. Stephanies favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery is the special treatment she receives as an employee, for example, we have a chocolate drawer and an employee snack cabinet.
Meet Temo, the newest addition to our family here at Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery. Temo received his Dental Assisting Certification and X-Ray liscence at the young age of 18. In his free time, you can find Temo hanging out with his siblings, working on his Camaro 'Super Sport ' ', and helping out with his family 's appliance business. Temo 's favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery are his coworkers, for he truly enjoys seeing them Monday-Friday.
She started her dental career over 30 years ago working as a certified dental assistant in general dentistry in a suburb of Chicago until the dentist retired. She made the move to an oral surgeon's office and found it very rewarding. She first started as an Assistant and then moved to the front desk.
When not in the office, Karen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her spouse, Rob, who she met in 2010. They like to go off-roading in their jeep, sporting events like hockey and football, or just hanging out at home.
Madelynn is our Marketing Coordinator. She recently graduated from a small school in Texas with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Although a Tucson native, Madelynn just moved to Phoenix and began working for Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery. Her favorite hobbies are running and hiking. She loves spending time with husband, visiting family, and exploring Arizona. Her favorite thing about Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery is the people she gets to work with everyday!

At my initial exam Dr. Nguyen said he would "try" a conservative procedure in hopes of saving my bridge. It worked, was painless, and saved me many dollars. I call him a "magician." He has a great staff.....you can tell they are happy working in his office.

I had a scheduled visit to get an opinion on some work needing to be done. The process was very straightforward and up to the date of my scheduled treatment the administration team as well as the dentist were very professional, courteous and most important listened to my questions/concerns. Dr Nguyen and his staff are amazing and I will be returning for future work.

Highly recommmend Dr. Nguyen for tori removal. So glad the tori are no longer in my way! I hesitantly considered this procedure for a few years. Mine were considered unusually large which I related to added pain, longer surgery, infection and lengthy healing time. So not the case!!! Smooth surgery, anesthesia and healing experience! My level of pain and discomfort after surgery was minimal. So thankful for Dr. Nguyen and his team's high level of expertise. The entire experience was a calm and caring one. So very appreciative and impressed with the professional and efficient practice. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen, Temo and the entire Surprise Oral team and to Dr. Roberts, Anesthesiologist. I appreciate all that went into the compassionate care I received!

No stars front office do not do there do their job. 5 months later I was billed $180 extra because by insurance didn't go through which should have been pre-approved. I paid $50 at the original experience and that's what the office told me. I was going to owe 5 months later. They told me I owed more somebody didn't do their job.

Everyone is so friendly, from the front office to the back rooms. I had a very infected wisdom tooth, and they got me in the same day. Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic doctor and very knowledgeable and talks to you about what's going on. To my surprise, I received a phone call from their office to see how I was doing. It wasn't a staff member, it was Dr Nguyen himself. A+-++++++++
