ALL ON 4 can be a predictable and successful treatment if it is well planned and executed from start to finish. This implant based treatment modality gives a lot of hope for those patient who has hopeless, un-salvageable dentition. Four to six implants are placed in the jaw bone which will support the zirconia or acrylic teeth that can easily restore patients chewing ability and smile. The implants can be tilted to avoid anatomical features and thus may not need bone grafting or sinus lift procedures.
My patients usually have lots of fears and concerns about ALL ON 4 treatment when they come in to see me for the consult. After listening to their concerns, I start the treatment planning process with a CBCT scan that gives me an accurate information about their current bone volume that helps me to determine whether the patient is a candidate for ALL ON 4 Implants in the first place. A CBCT scan also gives me a three dimensional view of jaw anatomy to locate any infection or disease progressing in their jaw bone. I sit down with the patient and show them their scan which is usually an eye opening experience for the patient and patient get to see the condition of their teeth and jaw bone.
Every patient presents with a different mouth conditions and consequently the treatment needs are also different. Patients needs to be informed and educated so they can have a positive outlook on their implant treatment and have realistic expectations so that we have a successful treatment outcome. I want all their fears gone by the time they leave my office and I assure them that all their work is handled exclusively by me from start to finish.
I usually treat elderly patients who are on different medications and we have our own protocol to handle medically compromised patients in a safe and predictable manner to complete the treatment. Our office communicate with patients medical doctors and coordinate the treatment if necessary. Many patients with different medical conditions have been successfully treated by me. My ALL ON 4 surgery has been focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques, over engineering the bony foundation with bone grafts and abundant use of healing factors from patients own blood. My emphasis on using error free guided surgery techniques 100 % of the time eliminates all the stress and errors in multiple implant placement during the day of surgery. Patients also go through a fantastic healing experience with minimum use of pain medications (rarely they use strong pain meds) because of the gentle surgical techniques I use during their surgery. I strongly believe in Teeth in a dayconcept which has definitely allowed my patients to heal without any complications.

I found Dr. Devi by googling about whole mouth dental implants. I couldn't find any prosthodontists in Flagstaff where I live. The nearest one was Prescott, I think, and what reviews there were didn't impress me much. I have family in Scottsdale, so I searched around there. I found plenty of good reviews for Dr. Devi, and so I visited for a consultation. I got a good first impression and we did a scan of my teeth. I ended up getting both arches done. There was pain and swelling afterward that we treated with pain meds and ice packs. I stayed with my family for a few days and then returned to Flagstaff. I was back at work within two weeks. I am very happy with my new implants. It took a while to get them just right, but because Dr. Devi strives for perfection, I am very pleased. I'm a detail oriented person and I think Dr. Devi is too. The services, care, and results have been worth the travel.

I first met Dr Devi In January, my husband & I were looking for a good dentist so I could get new dentures & Dr Devi popped up on our search. We made an appointment & went in, much to our surprise, she thought I could do dental implants in my lower jaw. I was beyond thrilled to have her tell me that she could do them. In February I came in for the surgery. Now mind you I'm not a big fan of dentists, so I was apprehensive about the surgery, but I never felt a thing & I was in the chair for 4 hours. It was a long process of months & eating only soft foods, the plus side was that I lost 30 lbs, which I needed to do anyway. Now after 9 months I have my new bottom implant & new top denture & I am ecstatic with the results. Dr Devi is a wonderful caring person & she really cares about her patients. I highly highly recommend her, oh & by the way I had to drive from Rodeo New Mexico to her office which is a 4 1/2 hour drive for us 1 way, but it was so worth it. I can't stop smiling.

Dr. Devi pulled the few teeth I had left on the bottom of my mouth, put in bone, 4 implants & a new set of bottom teeth that screw in. This was all done painlessly & I could not be happier. My bottom denture feels fantastic. I don't even know it's there & I can chew without it moving. Dr. Devi is very talented, patient & caring......what more could you ask for. She gives you a phone # that you can reach her anytime after surgery & they also call you to check on how you are doing. Dr. Devi takes a lot of pride in her work & is very professional. Add to all this that the office manager (her husband) & her assistant are both pleasant, caring & very helpful. They deserve & have earned a 5 star review.

Dr Devi worked very hard. my case was so extreme that no one could fix my mouth jaw teeth pain. Dr Devi was able to with bone grafting make me look nice again. and finally not in pain . She is an artist and knows how to fit teeth just right. might bite finally feels good. she also was able to compensate for a lip that dropped more on one side . you cant tell now. i wish that someone would have told me about her years ago.

When I contacted to schedule a free consultation for implants, there was no mention of the $150 scan fee. When I called to confirm my appointment and receive a free consultation, the person on the other end of the line mentioned $150 for a scan within the free consultation. When I questioned free consultation, the individual became enraged and disrespectful, telling me to locate another business that would do it for free. I'm glad this happened before I committed to doing business with this office, which employs unprofessional and aggressive workers.

Let me start by saying that I am truly impressed with this particular office and Dentist Dr. Jenneth Powell DMD @ 14967 W. Bell Rd STE 100 in Surprise AZ. My past experiences especially with "Gentle Dental" sorry but { nothing Gentle about them including the price} horrible experience and was by far pleasant. I didn't want to go to any more so called "Dentist". Unfortunately like you, I have no choice, so here I am with with doubt and low confidence in all Dentists. I felt that all they care about is our money. My first visit was overwhelming pleasant, greeted with smiles @ the front desk, there was hardly any waiting. Kind caring words where spoken to me my comfort was key throughout my procedure, {that wasn't a concern at the other Dentist} there was up-beat but relaxing music playing in the background {so different I thought} and my Dentist was gentle, caring and kind and had great personality and her assistant they were awesome and sweet, { like the candy I had eaten to get the cavities} L.O.L....all jokes aside I would recommend to you this Dentist and office above all in this area. I know what it's like to be treated like a $ sign and I know your experience here will be A+ the same as mine. God Bless Barbie

My 13 yr old granddaughter was here for a visit and the day before she was leaving to go back home her tooth started hurting really bad. We have never been to this dentist before and when I called they were able to get her in that afternoon. Everyone was very nice and made my granddaughter feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentist.
