Surprise Endodontics saved me from a weekend of hell when they agreed to see me at the last minute on a Friday. I was in unbearable pain and within an hour of arriving at their office Dr. Foisy had my problem identified and the root canal finished. He was not only caring but competent and thorough in both the exam and procedure. I am so grateful I found this practice and this exceptional endodontist. Highly recommend!

IF you need a root canal....do NOT be afraid!!!! Dr Frank Castano makes it an easy and almost FUN experience (crazy but true)....he is a PRO and talks you through through everything and truly it is a BREEZE!!! His assistant Jenny is also a GEM! They are the absolute BEST!!! Very nice office and all workers friendly....and great communication! A+ 5* #1

Dr Foizy at Surprise Endodontics took great care with me in doing 2 root canals. Things went so easy for the first one, I decided not to use gas for the 2nd one. Easy peasy! They DID bust those Root Canal myths! Highly recommend this provider.

If you need a root canal done or if you are referred to this place for other dental work , i advise you definitely COME HERE !!! do not go to those big chain corporations that don't care about you. Dr.Foisy did 2 Procedures for me and i had wonderful experiences both times. he is very through at explaining WHAT he is doing and why and he is a wonderful doctor. A nice touch I like was that he walks his patients out to the front desk and shakes your hand and it just makes the experience very personal and you feel like they actually care. one compliment i would also give is to his dental assistant , Carly i believe her name is, she pays attention to when there is spit building up in the back of your mouth and shes constantly using the suction thingy so you don't feel like you're choking , or uncomfortable the whole time. and they both constantly were asking how i'm doing , if im okay , which is very important for these type of procedures!

Best Root Canal Experience ever! I have had two root canals in the past from two different Doctors and I can tell you hands down Dr. Foisy is the best. I deal with Dental anxiety and have a sensitivity to epinephrine. No worries, Dr. Foisy made sure he used a different anesthetic, communicated we me through out the process and 1 hour later I was done! If and when I need another root canal I will be coming back. Thank you also to the assistant (forgot your name).

Dr. Erik Foisy is a an excellent Endodontist. I was in a lot of pain due to a bad tooth that was in need of a root canal; I was equally fearful of experiencing more pain during the procedure. I was referred to Surprise Endodontics where I was treated by Dr Foisy and I immediately felt comfortable with him as a provider and he assured me that he would take care of me and I would feel no more tooth pain. He did absolutely that, my root canal was painless and it was over quickly. I left there with no more pain and an overall great experience.I highly recommend Dr Foisy if you are fearful of dental work.

I had such a great experience with Dr Castano! I was pretty nervous going in but right away he put my apprehension at ease. He is so professional and personable at the same time. The appointment just flew by. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me before, during and after the procedure. His assistant Jenny was attentive and efficient. She was very sweet and made sure I was okay several times. Also, when I called to make the appointment, whoever answered the phone was very nice and thorough in explaining what my appointment would be like. I am very grateful for the care I received at Surprise Endodontics! If you have to have a root canal, this is where you want to have one!

I had a root canal done by Doctor Foisy and he was great!! It was my first root canal so I was a little nervous going into it, but he did a good job at reassuring me it will not be bad and sure enough, it wasnt bad at all!! I had no pain during the procedure. The worst thing about the whole procedure was the noise and that was it. Doctor Foisy was also a super nice guy and the assistant that helped him was very friendly too I wish i had gotten her name. I also really appreciated that the office wasn't painted all plain white!! I hate going into all white dental offices, they just feel so stale and cold. Overall, a great experience here!!

This is a must read if you plan on scheduling your appointment here. I was on my way to my scheduled appointment when the office called me 15 minutes prior to my scheduled procedure time to tell me my room was ready. I arrive 5 minutes later for them to have me filling out paperwork in the waiting room. I didn't go into my appointment until ten o clock. On my way back into my appointment I overheard the assistants say he was in a hurry. As they rush me back into my appointment the assistance tells me to sit down takes the clipboard out of my hand rushing around talking a mile a minute. She never explained anything to me. She asked me if it was #5 tooth I told her I could point to the tooth so she knew the exact tooth instead of having this confusion. She asked again if it was #5. I told her again I could point to the tooth so there is no confusion. She said they had it was tooth #3 sent over from the dentist but on their file it was #5. I said everything should have been sent over and that I could call the dentist to clarify. This is something they should have done prior to my appointment. Also I would hope once the endodontist came in he could take one look and know what tooth. Also I asked her if I should reschedule due to everyone appearing to be in a rush and obviously not being on the same page. Her response if you would like to. I waited until Dr. Castano came into the room he started with everyone has anxiety when they come in. I don't have anxiety coming to the dentist, I explained I just like things explained to me so that I can be an INFORMED PATIENT! He compared the endodontist office to the emergency room at a hospital. This is so far from the truth as this minor procedure was scheduled weeks in advance and there was absolutely NO RUSH to get this procedure done. As I'm sitting in the chair I hear the assistant walking around the room dropping things as I think to myself great this is no longer sterile or even clean at that! Then at the end of my procedure I was told to wait so Dr. Castano could go over my new x-ray. As I'm sitting in the chair the assistance begins to spray their bleach disinfectant all over everything and begin cleaning as I'm still in the room sitting in the chair. Now that I've been bathed in bleach I guess I'll go home and shower again, thank you! I would not recommend this office, it is literally like an assembly line to get people in and out as quick as possible!! Go to someone/someplace that will take care of you like a person rather than a package on an assembly line!!

Wonderful experience! Husband had a root canal - took under an hour for the procedure and Dr. Foisy was awesome! He was super thorough in explaining everything and the technicians were super friendly. Husband says 10/10 and felt zero pain. Would recommend and will be back myself!

Dr. Foisy exhibited great skill and empathy in treating a procedure that most people dread. Dr. Foisy is not only a great endodontist, but a very nice person. I would highly recommend Surprise Endodontics, their staff, and Dr. Foisy to anyone in need of a root canal.

The BEST ! Dr Castano the BEST ! Dr Castano explained everything to me, and he talked to me while doing the root canal. No pain, no discomfort and because he explained everything there was no fear at all. I highly recommend this office, and this Dr. The staff at Surprise Endodontics were very kind and professional. No Fear No Discomfort No Problems !

Absolutely an amazing spa like dental experience. From my welcome to my exit I was supported fully. Customer service like this is rare and being in the spa industry myself, I completely appreciated their services. Dentist = Anxiety for me. From the start Carly let me know that my comfort was the main objective and she sincerely meant it. Dr Erik explained everything though out the entire treatment and made sure I was comfortable. My follow up is next week and I am for once looking forward to going to the dentist.

I arrived for my appointment on the wrong day, totally my airhead fault. The front desk gals Jenny, Jackie and Karlee could have and should have told me to get to stepping since I was at fault but they were amazing and so helpful and I was able to have my root canal done. Dr Foisy was fantastic!! I had the root canal done yesterday and by the time the numbing had gone I have absolutely no pain, swelling, nothing. This care team is hands down the best!!!! I hope I do not need another root canal but if I do I will be definitely going to see Jenny,Jackie,Karlee and Dr. Foisy. Thank you all so much!!!! We need more Healthcare staff like you all. rating.

Dr Foisy is absolutely amazing. He used some creative diagnostics to determine the appropriate course of treatment and his instincts were spot on; proactive yet conservative. Saved me time and money. He went above and beyond, sending me an email the next morning to see how I was feeling. When does that ever happen? Dr Foisy is skilled and empathetic the perfect combination. I am his devoted patient for life!!
