Dr. Suri hands down has the best patient care skills I've ever seen in a dentist. I ended up needing a root canal and Dr. Suri was excellent. He somehow made a root canal less painful than a cavity, he's got the perfect touch. His staff was a pleasure going above and beyond with everything. I'll never go to another dentist ever again. 10 out of 10 would recommend! The staff is amazing!

As soon as I walked in the front desk staff was polite and helpful. The lady who took my X-rays was sweet and understanding especially about my anxiety and when the dentist came in he was well spoken informative and I felt comfortable.

Staff and doctor was on every detail. Excellent care. Hygienist caring and personable. There is not one thing I can criticize if I wanted to. Great job, Dr. Suri and staff!

I have a long history with Dr. Suri, the staff is excellent ( medical assistants) parking is very convenient, he is quite expensive, and there is NO payment plan for very expensive work. I went to Dr Suri to have an implant placed in my lower denture. Approx 5,000 paid The main problem I had with Dr Suri is that as soon as the implant was ready, he put it into my mouth, I said it hurt very much, at this point it was time to have my mouth heal Instead he shaved away at my denture, problem here is that now it was very large in my mouth; no matter what I did , the denture was coming out of my mouth I went back to him numerous times, very upset that after paying 5,000 for this procedure, the back was lifting no matter what I did. Finally Dr Suri said " What are you expectations, you need to change them, I just paid him all this money and it did not fit at all. He was very nasty, and I am sure he would NOT speck to a male client that way. As of late the denture cannot be used, I have no recourse whatsoever, he screwed up and didn't make good on it So although the staff are nice and parking is pretty good, I would never recommend Dr.Suri to anyone. He shouldn't even get 1 star. A disgrace

Chipped a good chunk of my tooth off and they were able to get me in same day and I'm very grateful for that. They're very friendly and straightforward, not pushy at all like some other places. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helful and nice but the dentist was all business. My mom was in a lot of pain and he didn't show any compassion. We moved on to another dentist a few blocks away. Art of dentistry. Much better experience.

I am so glad I found this practice! By far the best staff and Dr. I've ever been to. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr Suri explains needs/procedures and you can tell her really cares and isn't being pushy. I don't dread doing to the dentist anymore!

The hygienist I saw was absolutely amazing, and helpful. Dr. Suri was also very helpful and efficient. Personally, I hate the dentist but Dr. Suri and his staff (especially the front office) made me enjoy my experience!

The staff at Suri Dental Group is friendly and helpful. I contacted the office as a new patient, the staff went above and beyond to squeeze me in for emergency work. Dr. Suri was honest and straight forward. He took time to explain my options and made me feel very comfortable. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. It was a relief to find a dentist with patience and integrity. Highly recommend!

I thought this dentist was on the up and up, and friendly. but it seems I have to agree with the last review; SCAMMERS!!! My son had a consultation under another ins. N told he needed a root canal( which under that Ins wasnt covered) now that ins was temporary while cobra was processed and paid for) We were told to they would check with union and start root canal when regular ins. was back on. We were called for appt and told everything was good or entire family with ins and no out of pocket my son could start root canal and other family members services which were stopped could also finish. I received a call in the interim of my sons appts that the ins co stated they weren't covering him, in the middle of covid sickness, burying a parent,, i did all the legwork n phone work as possible. Called union told to get another certified school letter; called University for the certified letter , told can't be certified as he has now graduated, and they can't be back dated. They did offer to give letter on letterhead when in person school opens that shows attendance start n end date. I relay the message instantly told " pay us n let them reimburse you. Long story short even though they claimed to have checked family coverage before the work and we were told by dentist office it was completely covered with no out of pocket ( or my son would have not have started anything) but being decent and ingratitude; I felt that regardless of any thing not done timely, in communication or anything else, this dentist should be paid.Now we offered a payment arrangement in good faith and told after they already started accepting and taking payments( even in light of a Pandemic lay-off and other physical n financial hits )it was too low, yet this office said they would keep taking the agreed on low payments if we agreed to let them add on 3 extra payments at the end of bill for taking so long for it to be paid in full.. Who does that??? Of course we told them no and they threatened to place the bill in my sons name ( although he never signed for any service none of the forms were filled out by him).and ruin his credit through a collection agent. Now you see the that the original friendly office & Dentist. Others have reviewed, completely changed. No regards for what others may be going through, just pay him at all cost. So many harassing calls, threats ( i had to stop responding or answering to the messages i did see) Also a few unethical issues, I'll hold for court! We received three different bills( which i have) each one higher than the other like he was looking for reasons to keep adding on charges after he wouldn't get the full amount. There is even a charge on all three bills for the crown that had never been placed in my sons mouth to this day. Definitely lived up to threat bill was placed n collection and in my sons name, and quadrupled the prices. Never once did i say Dentist wouldn't get paid one way or another, but i wont be bullied! Definitely do not use this dentist unless you get everything in writing and charges clarified, for if there is any mishap with his $ ( as thats what its all about, not patient care) you will be put through hell!

Would definitely recommend Suri Dental Group! Dr Suri and the staff are the best and it's always a great experience! My routine visits are always quick and painless and they've been so accommodating in the past when I've needed emergency visits - nothing but good things to say!

As a person who is extremely hesitant to go to the dentist Dr. Suri has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease whenever he has worked on my teeth. He's also extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond. He was able to book my cousin an emergency appointment at the height of COVID w/o thinking twice about it, saving her a trip to the ER. Great dental group would highly recommend.

Cannot speak highly enough of this office and the staff. I normally don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Suri made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Not only was he super professional, he explained everything so clearly to me and was more than happy to answer any questions. The hygienist was great and the office was extremely clean! Definitely would recommend them.

Dr. Suri and staff are great. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist (Tina) made me feel super comfortable. Tina is very gentle. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during my cleaning. Had a short interaction with Dr. Suri, since I don't really need any work done, but in that short time I could tell he is very honest and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found this place and that it's a few blocks from home! Totally recommend them.

As someone with anxiety about the dentist I am extremely grateful to Dr. Suri and the staff at Suri Dental Group. They are always compassionate, gentle, and explain everything well and in detail. They walked me through every step and made sure to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). Dr. Suri did an outstanding job on my teeth - I can't thank him enough!!

SCAMMERS! THIS PLACE TRIES TO DOUBLE BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE PATIENT. Dental work that is fully authorized by your insurance company or doesn't require authorization (keep in mind Dr. Suri accepts the insurance and has a contract with them) is billed to you also. Do not go here. Plus, the last time I was there, they NEVER wiped down the tray that was in front of me for the next patient. We are in a PANDEMIC! Instead, they just laid down a new piece of paper. SLEEZY
