I needed a infected tooth removed referred there by Kornagay. Had to do a consultation first. Just for him to tell the same thing Kornagay said. I had to pay 110 dollars consultation fee. Made appointment for tooth extraction in June. I had tooth pulled with no sedation. Paid 120 out of pocket. So now I've paid a total of 230. I now receive a bill that I owe them 150 dollars. My insurance paid them 59 dollars. My insurance said I should have only paid a 50 dollar copay for consultation and 74 for extraction. I've called them 20 times recently to dispute and keeps going to a full inbox???? Where's my refund? Cigna just looked into this and talked to Giselle. Said I'm owed a 100 dollar refund?

Dr. Turbyfill has been very helpful and dealing with my unusual situation. He's very detailed and explaining what's going on and choices and trying to serve his patient that the best you can.

update I found out what happened finally git the story and am taking down my initial review. I really like Dr t. so that's why it put me off so much that I couldn't get a hold of them. I found out and am changing my review. Hollie is an amazing help and Dr Z and Dr T helped me out alot knowing what I have been through. They are just getting everything back up and running

Tried to make a same day emergent appointment for a tooth abscess/tooth removal & they no longer do that. It's September & can't get my daughter in until October Dr. Turbufill retired I was told & they no longer do same day emergency appointments.

The receptionist and dental assistant are the best! They are both so considerate and patient. The new oral surgeon seems very knowledgeable and breaks everything down so the patient walks away without any questions.

I started this process a year ago for dental implants. I had a the bone graft done, and paid out of pocket. After canceling my appointment on me twice I was greeted with the news that Dr. Turbyfield retired? I went to Orlando Oral Surgery after waiting another 2 months for an appointment for the Dr. to tell me I need a bone graft? I spent thousands on the first one and was told it was all set by this office, now I'm finding out that is not the case. Basically I feel this office stole my money so now I have to get a lawyer and make a complaint to the dental board of florida. I don't have 3 to 4 grand just laying around to give away to companies.

Horrible place! First appointment they did not verify information with my insurance and I had to wait an hour until they could verify my appointment. My son was seen by the doctor and the doctor was awesome But we are told right after by front staff that he is leaving and my son will be seeing a completely new doctor for his surgery and not to worry. Then I called the day before his surgery to confirm because I haven't received a call nor email from them and they said "oh we have been trying to call you to reschedule because we don't have a doctor ". I never received a call. I asked what number they called and they gave me a number I don't even recognize. I filled all the forms by hand too. I'm so unbelievably unhappy with this office and their staff. I told them I would not schedule anything with them. The front office lady who answered was very unapologetic and rude. I would give them a zero if I could.

Best surgical dental experience ever!! Dr Turbyville was awesome! He is very gentle and explained everything to me. I will return whenever I need surgical intervention on my mouth!! Thank you Surgical Solutions!!! So about a 8-10 months after my procedure, I get this bill in the mail from surgical solutions! Yea a bill, I paid them like 3grand in cash up front. That's what they quoted me! I told them that I was on a budget due to being on disability. Now they are expecting another $400 from me, I just don't have it. And now due to their inadequate calculations I will probably have a bad credit experience until this balance is paid. Unpaid medical bills do impact your score even if they say they really don't. I'm sorry I can't afford to pay my bill. But if you needed more money you should have told me when I asked how much it would cost me. My health insurance paid nothing mind you! If I would have known that I would have paid up front cause I had the money then. But the office assured me insurance would pay a certain amount. Now I have this bill!! A word to the wise "Dental is allowed to do something called back billing. A regular Dr or hospitals are no longer allowed to do this. They must be upfront about your expense and quote you a price and stick to it. None of the bills ten months later.

I have been a client of this place for over 3 years. I have had MAJOR dental work done. Unfortunately this company (like many other dentists/oral surgeons) was just recently bought out by another (large) outfit. Unfortunately, as a result of this buyout, their "best in class" operation/staff has suffered greatly in just a few short months. Dr. Turbyfill is still there, but his once excellent staff members (specifically Hema, Mandy and Toni) are now gone and have been replaced with less qualified, less personable and a much less professional staff. Sad to see indeed.

I've gotten a few extractions from Dr. Turbyfill in the last 8 years, so you can say I have "experience". Normally when it comes to needles and doctors, I'm not the biggest fan of them. Before my last surgery, and having been on Valium to prep for it, I do recall saying "I wish you could do my blood work all the time", that's how gentle they were, there were no tears that usual doctors visits cause. I can proudly say that I wish he and his team could be my my care team FOREVER, their work is flawless. The ladies there are all so welcoming and have made all my visits there very fun and pleasant. I don't even remember getting to the car afterwards or much of the car ride home. Having that said, as a 16 year old who's had multiple extractions done by this team, I 100% recommend choosing them any day for oral surgery :)

Went in to get two wisdom teeth removed. Appointment was at 2:00 was out by 2:25. They were fast and efficient. I am now on day three post surgery, and have had little pain. Very happy with the service and results!

I cannot say enough in praise of Dr Turbyfill and his staff. The front desk staff are polite, pleasant and efficient. An excellent introduction to his office. The young woman who set me up in the treatment room surely sensed how fearful I was and did everything to make me comfortable. Dr Turbyfill is kind thoughtful and someone who truly puts you at ease. I was comfortable throughout the experience . Upon leaving his office, my prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy on my way home. I was amazed that evening when Dr Turbyfill himself called to see how I was feeling. A remarkable personal touch! My recovery has gone really well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Turbyfill (and his excellent staff) to anyone.

Hands down best decision I've ever made in taking care of my oral health! I've been waiting my turn to write this review because several months ago is when I started looking into an oral surgeon for my impacted, infected, cracked, horizontally grown-in wisdom teeth to get removed. My issue? Bad experiences and years of trauma/severe anxiety and less dental visits. So instead of just going through my insurance to find someone, I personally googled local reviews on places. To my surprised, I stumbled upon the many reviews here, of others like me looking for comfort and reassurance. That's all it took for me, I booked fast. I had my surgery this morning and (just as other reviews mentioned,) Dr. Turbyfill just called with an evening check up! Best experience I have ever had, it felt like 5mins, no pain and all day I am the most comfortable I have been in months! A huge thank you to Dr. T and his team :)

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Turbyfill and it could not have gone smoother. So impressed and grateful for his care. His staff is excellent as well.
