Our orthodontists specialize in correcting dental issues unique to children and their early development focusing on teeth straightening, jaw structure and function. Having your dentist and orthodontist in the same office makes your experience seamless & stress-free!
Payment for professional services is due at the time of service. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which was verified with your insurance, (if applicable) and a financial agreement for private paying patients will be discussed. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.

I've been taking my kids to Surfside for several years now, and I've never been happier with a dentist! One of the employees, Stella, has helped me with appointments and billing, and has been a joy to work with. The hygienist are great with the kids, and the dentists are the best! I highly recommend Surfside.

I have tried to call and have left several messages to try to have my daughter start going to this place. I never received a call back. I then decided to go into the office to try to switch my daughter from a dentist by our old house to this office since we are around the corner and my daughter's teeth are now in pain. The receptionist was rude and fake! She first started by saying they won't have any appointments available until April to discourage us from signing up. Then I explained that my daughter is in pain and needs a quick appointment and we can not wait that long. She proceeded to say that she needed my policy number and insurance information. I explained that I have my social security number and information from our previous dentist which I figured she could get all of that information from those 2 sources. She said no and would not help us until I gave her the policy number. If you are a new patient I do not recommend this place! RUDE and FAKE! I then called Kids Care down the street and they quickly were able to make us an appointment and were able to get all the insurance information from my social security and previous dentist.

BAD BAD customer service, The lady who picked up the phone was rude. I am trying to schedule appointment for my son. But she kept cutting me out . really unprofessional. I won't do a business with this office.

Friendly staff, everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. We barely waited 5 minutes for the doctor to come in. Overall great experience. They take extra precautions during COVID-19 pandemic. Clean office! Highly recommend!

They added and charged for service that insurance does not cover without letting parents know. Also service quality is not in good quality. Giving kids some treats is not the main point of caring for their teeth. Will never come back. Feedback to the response: that's not about the bill from insurance. we asked for only service that was covered by insurance. However, you added non-covered service without letting us know. Also, the charge of that service exceeded other office's. That's the main problem.

As an out of state student, I was stuck choosing either to rush to finish my invisalign plan or put it on hold until I return, but the receptionist Sarah on the ortho side was super helpful and understanding!! She offered alternatives and rescheduled appointments to make sure I get the most out of my plan. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and professional, appointments are made on the spot and have never conflicted or been rushed, and treatment is timely, comfortable and fully explained so I'm never confused.

I came to Surfside Kids Dental & Ortho after having a negative experience with another dental place and honestly, the experience we have had with Surside is superb. Everyone from the girls in the front to the dental assistants and Dentist were so friendly and kind. I recommend Surfside Dental 100%.

When I started the process of Invisalign I was embarrassed of my teeth. When I got to Surfside they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I quickly learned that this would be my experience every time I come in. It feels like a family here. From the receptionist to the assistants to the orthodontist. They listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into Invisalign as an adult.

The Caucasian receptionist was extremely impatient. She wasn't doing her job right bc she was rushing me thru the phone. I called to make an appointment for my kids in Aug. and she gave me the earliest appt would be in May 22. This is 10 months later! Do u see dentist for cleaning every 6 months. This is standard recommendation. This shows this place doesn't care about customers health. I asked her is it bc of covid n she said rudely that no, it's bc I wanted appt after 3 pm which my kids get out of school at 2:30om. So now they don't care abt education. They purposely want kids to get out of school to go to their office. Mng need to find a better way to serve customers.

The facility is nice but expect to be treated like cattle if you have any questions and the receptionist is extremely rude n careless. They wanted to make my son wait 8 months to get cavities filled. #negligence

My kids have been going here for a couple years now and the staff have always treated my children with such care and kindness. Yesterday My 3 year old had a dental emergency and from the moment I called to tell them what was going on they jumped into action to take care of us. When we got there they swooped her right back and got to work. They went above and beyond to help me feel at ease and even went as far as helping keep my other daughter whos 4 entertained outside of the room so that I could stay with my 3 year old while they worked. 5 stars isn't even enough they deserve 10. Thank you Surfside Dental for taking such great care of my baby! I am forever grateful!!!
