Our server and both raid drives failed so we were left with only our cloud back up done by Patterson. SurfCT offered to get us a server the next week and install it for $20K but gave us a discount so it was going to be $16.6K. In the meantime, we were down and out. I was busy in the OR and when out at 3:30 PM found out nothing had changed all day. So I called Patterson and asked if we could just use a work station as a temp server and they said sure and started the process. Why didn't my IT company say we can get you up and running and offer this option? Ask them. Our new server is on order and will cost $7K and require the NEW IT firm to spend 4 hours to install it. My guess is they will be slightly under the almost $17K SurfCT was going to change us. Use a local IT firm.

6/15/21* UPDATE. Well first: Surf CT had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Second update; 6 months after installation we find out our Firewall was never registered.. Would not recommend working with this company as they are not responsive and not well prepared

It is Next Level experience coupled with Next Level Dentistry! In looking for a tech company to seamlessly integrate all of your systems, Surf CT is the answer! Their attention to detail -no wires hanging, Beats wireless headphones- gives the office a clean professional look. The Apple Mac integration with the glossy TV monitors, gives the patients the WOW factor needed to showcase the smile leading to increased productivity and case acceptance. Wireless camera systems and iPads instantaneously show the patient their teeth and discuss health and goals is a total game changer. In talking with Marc, he knew exactly what I needed to achieve my dreams customized for my personal practice style. He made the experience exciting and is clearly so very knowledgeable in the technology needed for future practice needs.

We've had a wonderful experience with SurfCT! Everyone with Surf is very intelligent and helpful. We started with a new construction building, and from the beginning, they always made us feel comfortable. Few years later, they're just as reliable when we need any guidance, whether they are remotely logging on, or coming in person. Marc has been our main point of contact, and has always efficiently replied to all pur concerns, and always follows up to make sure we're running smooth. Best dental IT company, they helped make our vision come true for our office!

Smooth transition, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to get it done and very professional/ easy to get along with. Our office has had nothing but a positive experience with Surf CT since day one! We recently transitioned from another information technology company and the transition process could not have gone any smoother. Ian, in particular, has been a tremendous help. When we initially reached out to him about working with Surf CT, he immediately came to our office which is located in New Jersey. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and extremely flexible with us. He helped us identify what services we needed for our office and was honest with us from the start as so many other IT companies try and take advantage of dental offices that don't know too much about technology. Further, he worked with us on pricing to make it more affordable for us. Since implementation, the pleasant experience has continued and we could not be happier with the support and customer service we have received from Surf CT.

This week in my orthodontic office, we had several issues with our practice management software and the digital x-ray . Louis, from Surf CT support, was amazing. He talked to Sirona x-ray support and helped to diagnose the exact problem. I needed a new media converter box. Thank you to Louis! He has always been so helpful anytime we have called Surf CT . Anytime I have a project update that involves our computers, SurfCt is always the one that makes it happen. They go above and beyond what they are supposed to do which makes the project get completed on schedule. I can't say enough about how helpful & reliable they are to work with. I worked with Vinny Spinella, and he was fantastic. Always available by phone, he was very thorough with my office's Mac-Only setup, and everything really has worked without a hitch. Having things set up correctly initially has made it so that my IT solution "just works;" I virtually never have any issues! Highly recommended
