They try very hard to sell Invisalign and made me uncomfortable. They schedule me four cleanings a year without checking my insurance coverage. When my insurance declined the charge, they sent me the bill when I was out of town. When I returned after two months, I found four letters from them in my mailbox. They threatened to put me on collection. Ok, they have my number. They never tried to call or text me. Horrible

My father was a dentist and an orthodontist, and my sister is a dentist. Thus, I grew up with teeth, drilling, and fillings. Obviously, I know a little bit about what makes a good dental practitioner. Last week Dr. Kitsis needed to replace a filling. Before Alicia Keys finished her third song, I was done. I felt no pain, and tap, tap, tap, my teeth were even and the bite was on plane. Dr. Kitsis is gentle, proficient, and an expert. His credentials impressed me before I stepped into his Queen Anne office. He's the best dentist I have experienced since my dad last stuck his fingers in my mouth and told me to "open wide."

Best ever!!!!! I went to a nearby practice and got a quote of almost $1k for deep cleaning and a filling even with insurance . Friends told me that's a scam. Took their words and looked around for another dentist. I saw supertooth dentistry and sent an email for an appointment. Shannon over there is super helpful and very communicative to help me settle for a checkup appointment which led to 2 deep cleaning sessions and a cavity filling. I almost never felt a thing through out the 3 sessions. It flew by so fast. In my 2nd deep cleaning, it was so good and the chair was so comfy, I kid you not, I even slept a bit. And the best of all? It only costs me bit over $100!!! I'd recommend Supertooth Dentistry to anyone, seriously!

Amazing dentist + rude receptionist Let me start off by saying that I love Dr. Kitsis and the rest of his office staff and hygienists with the exception of the new receptionist, Shannon. Dr. Kitsis is a caring, talented and knowledgeable dentist, however, in the two interactions I've had with Shannon, I've noticed that she is curt and rude. This is very different from how the rest of the office acts towards patients and the previous receptionist was very sweet, so it's surprising to me that Shannon is working there. The level of response from the office has also decreased and I don't know if it correlates to Shannon working there or not. It took them months to issue a refund over to me even after I followed up. Then I reached out twice to confirm the reason for why I was charged x amount for a simple cleaning I had gotten done earlier that week. No response so I paid a visit to the office myself and Shannon was, rudely, able to confirm. I no longer plan to go to this office, mainly because my insurance is no longer in-network but also because I would rather not interact with Shannon. I am genuinely disappointed that Dr. Kitsis is out of network and that I will need to find a new dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Kitsis and his team of dental hygienists but be aware that you'll have to deal with a rude receptionist.

I've been a patient there for 5 years or so, dr Kitsis and his staff are the best dentistry care I've had for as long as I remember.

I hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS and had so much anxiety about my visit. But the entire staff at Supertooth were incredible and made me feel so comfortable! The hygienist and front desk staff were thorough and informative, and explained everything I needed to know about payments, next appointments, and what to expect. I'm so glad I found this place!

I've been going to Dr Kitsis and his hygienists for a couple of years now. They've always been helpful, clean, and efficient. They keep impeccable records and the doctor keeps a close tab on things every checkup. The front desk is also always cheerful and prompt with scheduling - they communicate effectively and you never wait once you get to your appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, I can't say that my experience with this clinic was pleasant. Offensive questions and comments from an assistant of Dr. Kitsis, his reproaches that I didn't learn his language when I lived for a while in his native country, and his overloading the situation with my teeth treatment were so stressful for me that I wasn't myself for the rest of a day. Why do they think that such an attitude is ok with patients, I don't understand.

Super happy with the care they give to their patients! I remember Dr. Kitsis calling me back personally during COVID lockdown when I was worried about a problem tooth for my 85 yr. old mom. I finally feel like she is in good hands after a couple of bad experiences she's had with dentists. Dr. Kitsis was clear and efficient with his explanation of what what wrong and I feel confident he can address her concerns and also treat her as a whole person. In fact, his whole team demonstrates genuine care and concern for their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Kitsis and Supertooth Dentistry.

It was my first experience at dentistry in the US. Starting from my childhood I got very anxious visiting dentists. Since I had no prior experience in the US, I was terrified. My friend recommended me to Dr. Kitsis. I am so grateful, it was such a pleasant experience. Dr. Kitsis is very professional and friendly, you feel so welcomed that you forget that you are at a dentistry. I had a broken tooth, which was in a very bad condition. Dr. Kitsis saved it and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend this dentistry to everyone, especially to the people who are afraid of visiting dentists ;) . The staff are super friendly and professional too.
