I so regret going to this place, it has changed my life for the worse. I went in for a filling for a small cavity and I was told by Dr. Manesh that I "needed" 6 fillings done and Invisalign. I went in with no pain but when I left the office and the anesthesia wore off I had the most severe tooth pain in that tooth I have ever experienced, day and night. The pain never went away and I was forced months later to get a root canal and crown ($$$), which Dr. Manesh showed absolutely no concern over. I first went to Supertooth 9 months ago and I am still trying to recover from all of the problems they caused me. Also, the push for Invisalign in this office is strong and very concerning. After following up with a respected specialist I was told the Invisalign was not actually needed to begin with. Enter with extreme caution.

Total rip off. Horrible dentist especially Dr. Bahrami who just tried to up sell me to pay off his equipment !! Avoid this practice !!

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My wisdom teeth were infected and supertooth scheduled me within a week to have them removed. I was running short on time and they did everything the same day--consult, xrays, and extraction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff is great and answered all my questions.

The entire staff at Supertooth at Germantown was great! The front desk staff greeted me, answered all my questions, and provided a welcoming environment. While getting my teeth worked on the staff was gentle, extremely transparent with any billing questions, offer suggestions, and gave even made me laugh. I appreciate the folks at Supertooth and would 100% recommend!

Honestly the best , great costumer service i came in at 9 am with the worst attitude and they were the nicest! They tool great care of my teeth and made sure I understood everything that was being explained. Very genuine will be using them from here on out!

I've been a patient of Dr. Manesh for years. He always delivers high quality service. My last visit was for a cleaning and I was really impressed with the staff professionalism and the hygienist good work. I highly recommend this practice.

I went there for an appointment and no one was there or received my phone calls. It was the strangest thing and a big waste of my time! Do not go here, especially if you found them on Facebook for their new patient special. Update: the Gaithersburg location was great and handled everything professionally. And the apologized their systems shouldn't have only allowed me to make an appointment for a day they were closed.

Wow...superb...state of the art..Been to many dentists before but there is a massive difference..excellent service the minute you enter the premises..great staff makes you feel comfortable and relax..explain all your options in detail...overall it was a satisfying experience and excellent customer service rendered...I would definitely recommend people to give it a shot cos am coming back again...

So, I want to preface by saying that I never ever ever write reviews for anything even if it was a good place but holy moly my experience with the staff and doctors at Supertooth Dental Group was beyond amazing that I literally had to write something and get it out there. First, I live in Baltimore which is a one and half hour train/metro ride to Bethesda. I decided to come here because my friend recommended me Supertooth and told me how amazing it was so I decided to check them out. As a new patient, I was scheduled two days after I called to make an appointment for basic dental cleaning on a Saturday, which is the busiest day of the week. I was easily accommodated even when that day was already booked up. Secondly, I do not have dental insurance, yet the front desk and the office manager made it clear that it did not matter and that they accommodate every single patient no matter if they have insurance or not. This was really reassuring and was already a good and rare first impression and I haven't even been there yet. Arriving there, the front desk was really fast to get me signed in and I filled out paperwork on an iPad. The form was really quick and painless to fill out and really easy to understand. After that I probably waited for around 10 minutes---which by the way is the shortest amount of time I had to wait for any dental appointment too. Then, I was able to be seated into the exam room and an assistant was quick to come in and do an Itero scan on my teeth. If you aren't familiar with this technology, it's literally a tool that is used to take 100s of pictures of your teeth per second and create this lifelike 3D model of your teeth and gums on the computer that the doctor uses to even more accurately look at your teeth. This was really cool and advanced to see at a dental office. After my scan, I had my cleaning done with Dr. Bahrami. I felt so honored that I had my cleaning done with a doctor too! He did such a good and clear job educating me on exactly what he was going to do and what tools he was going to use. I'm always nervous whenever I normally go to the dentist but I felt extremely calm with Dr. Bahrami and well-taken care of. The way he talked to me was very comforting as well. Flossing normally always hurts me whenever someone else does it for me, but Dr. Bahrami was so gentle that I did not feel any tugging or pain. He pointed out that I had incipient cavities on a couple of surfaces which are basically cavities that go away with flossing. However, I had to get one filling which was to be done with Dr. Manesh. People....all the reviews you read about Dr. Manesh on here are so so so so true. He is absolutely a boss. Most painless and quickest filling of my life. I loved how he explained everything to me in such a calming tone and the reason for it. I appreciate any doctor who takes the time to educate their patient, which is the most important thing in my books. He is an extremely professional, highly-skilled doctor. My tooth sensitivity that has caused me extreme discomfort for a year has now gone away thanks to the work of Dr. Manesh. What was also a nice little touch was how another doctor at the practice, Dr. Srour, even came into my exam room to welcome me in even though he wasn't doing any work on me. That was really kind. In the end, payment was very easy and they have a lot of options for people with a limited budget. Front desk and office manager was really professional and worked with me on it. Overall, I think the idea of a family business really makes it a nice, inviting place (the decor is really nice and comfortable as well). You can really tell that everyone who works there has a passion for dentistry. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH. GO HERE. PERIOD.
