My son said he barely felt anything, and he was happy that the dentist tricked him and didn't tell him about the needle.. he said in a scale of 1-5, he would give them a 6. From my perspective, I'm happy with their professionalism and administration. Very helpful with no issues whatsoever.

We've been going since my daughter was 2 and they're fantastic! Everyone who works there is kind and the place is exceptionally clean! We get all of our questions answered every time and my (now) 4 year old literally LOVES going to the dentist!

Very disappointing office. Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, verified insurance coverage, and the office called a few hours before the appointment to say they don't take Cigna. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

When my daughter was 5 years old, right before we moved to Maryland from CA, the dentist told us my daughter had 6 cavities that needed to be filled. When we moved to Maryland and saw Dr. Ben Liu at SuperKids Pediatric Dentistry he said she only had 1 cavity that wasn't even big enough to be filled. I realized her old dentist just wanted to charge us for the fillings and lied about the cavities. It is so refreshing to have found Dr. Ben Liu, who is an honest dentist and who doesn't take advantage of his patients. This is very hard to find these days.

Don't take your kid over here. First, they can't deal with kids and refuse to treat them when fussy. Second, they don't respond to after hour emergency calls after they overdrug a patient. This is unprofessional and will be reporting that to the local board of medicine.

Front desk is super friendly, received us with such a positive and great attitude. The office was super clean! Assistants made sure to explain everything that was gonna happen at the appointment, my kid did great with X-rays even though he has a really bad gag reflex. Dr Sana was amazing, my kid loved her and she took her time with us. Diana was great at the end, she made our 6 month appointment and explained all the financial part for our next treatment. Highly recommend making your appointment in advance. Diana was super friendly and super kind. I loved this practice and will be referring to all my friends and family to your office!

-The office is cheery and clean and staff are nice. -A bit annoyed that they have an iPad in the kids waiting room but it wasn't charged, I wanted coffee from the keurig but there weren't cups & I tried to use the hand sanitizer but it was empty. -This is second time I have not been pleased with the dentist herself either. She doesn't seem happy. She doesn't clean hands in between patients (second visit I've seen this) and her office door was open so I saw her sitting on her cellphone while we were waiting for her.

I cannot say enough how awesome the staff is at the Potomac office. My son has anxiety going to the dentist. They were SUPER patient with him and used their positive vibes and expertise to alleviate any fears he had. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you!

When we first started going to this office, Dr. Liu and his staff were wonderful! As they grew, the quality and value of their patients diminished. It is clear that they choose to cater to a very specific demographic through how they greet and treat people. My problem recently has been with the billing manager, Shannon. I apparently had been billed for 2 missed appointments, but never received the online bill statements that they claimed to have sent. What surprised me the most is that I spoke with this office MULTIPLE times and at no point did anyone bother to give me a heads up on the status of my account. When arriving to my daughters last appointment for a filling, I was approached by Shannon about this to which I was unprepared to fulfill that additional financial obligation on the spot and after much unnecessary back and forth, she offered to proceed with the appointment, ok great. Their new doctor who I was assured was fantastic left a lot to be desired; she was very condescending when I asked specific questions about my daughters treatment and proceeded to handle her in a rough manner without any regard as to her comfort. Afterwards, I again sat down with Shannon where we rebooked our next appointment to do another 2 fillings and she presented me with the treatment plan. I clearly told her that I'd pay the fees over time, but it just wasn't doable at the time of treatments because of the other out of pocket fees. Fast forward to today, we arrive to the appointment where the receptionist said that she has to 'review' my treatment plan with me and I saw the line item for the fees. I declined to deal with that at the time of treatment and she mentioned talking it over with billing. Shannon again comes over and is essentially whispering that in order to proceed with this appointment that the fees had to be paid in full. I could not do that and pointed out to her for missing yet another opportunity to have told me up front that my next appointment would indeed require the account to be at a zero balance. In her normal snarky tone, she told me that 'that's why I gave you the treatment plan last time' along with a typical 'I'm sorry to feel that way' robotic response without even a solid regard to our situation and potentially coming to some sort of solution while attempting to absolve herself of ANY responsibility. No, she'd rather send us on our way with her fake 'have a great day' and wash her hands of it. I have no doubt that Dr. Liu is still fantastic, but the whole team, especially Shannon, needs training on how to better deal with patients because the only loser here was my daughter. I was in no way unwilling to pay my obligation, but the office expectations continue to be blurred with their poor communication. It is also clear that after years of being with them, we no longer fit their idea of what their preferred patient base is. With this kind of treatment, you'd think we had state insurance! Should this office try to suggest that anything I've written here is not accurate, I am fully prepared to prove otherwise. I have called and asked to speak with an office manager, but conveniently enough, she was in a meeting and couldn't take my call. I'm still waiting on a call back. **UPDATE ** This office still hasn't acknowledged my concerns and I see how they only respond to positive reviews. I'd avoid them at all costs because when things go wrong, they'll absolutely mishandle you.

I took my son to this practice for his first cleaning and he was really nervous but the staff did an amazing job to make him feel comfortable and he loved it. Dr Sana explained everything we needed to know detail by detail. Everyone is so patient and caring, from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Great service, will be definitely coming back. Best experience!

Staff is amazing. My son is almost 7 years old and he has been a patient since he was 1 year old. My son loves his dentist and he has never complained. They treat kids with so much love and patience. I used to live in Rockville, and last year I moved to Frederick, but I don't mind driving because my son is so happy and comfortable at this location. This is the place to go.

Dr. Nasir changed our lives--she diagnosed a rare congenital palate condition in our child that had been missed by previous dentists, ENTs, pediatricians, speech pathologists, and feeding therapists. It changed our lives. Thanks to Dr. Nasir, our child was able to get the correct treatment and is now speaking, eating, and thriving in a way we never thought possible. Dr. Nasir made a real medical difference for us and our whole family is forever grateful.
