Its a shame to loose a customer of 14yrs due to one employees horrendous attitude. We have always had an amazing experience here until today. My husband scheduled our children's appointment and told me it was at 430p. I rushed from work in Greenbrier to pick up my son early in Grassfield, then raced to Suffolk to pickup my daughter from school, then the last child from home and lastly arrived at the office at 4:30 exactly. By the time we parked and walked in it was 4:31 to which I was unpleasantly greeted by a young lady asking how she could help me. I told her I was there for two of my children. To which I was told had a "4:30" appointment. She blew, snatched around some papers and said she had to check is they could be seen. Then she comes back at 4:32 stating "No, they can't take them, the first childs appointment was at 4p and the second was at 4:30 and we can't take her at 4:32, we don't have a grace period". Wow since when, every dr even I myself who's been in business for over 15yrs have a 15 min grace period. Customer service is something that is truly lacking in many establishments and being that I normally have such a wonderful experience, my children are always excited to go and this is my first negative encounter I do hope there is a correction made regarding how to speak to patients. Sadly I will not be returning. Its not worth the hassle I go through to get everyone there just to be talked across and down to especially when I was only doing what I was told. I will find an establishment in my own city with better service for my family.

Everyone on the staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend this dentist for your needs.

I haven't even visited yet, but, the phone conversation just gave me a feeling of "no." I used to go to this office as a child and wanted my child too as well. However they told me that the parent cannot go back with the child during visits. I never understand why that would be an issue. I understand not having too many people back during the visit but my child is only 4, and, I definitely feel uncomfortable not knowing what's going on behind closed doors.

My child is nonverbal and has DS. Before I made the appointment I asked would this be a problem and was assured it would NOT. I got there 15 early as instructed and went to counter and was not even greeted .. I proceeded to say I was there for my sons appt. We sat down and were the only 2 in the waiting area. My sister had pre warned me they try and not allow parents to go back with child. The receptionist came out and said I have a few questions for you mom then I'll take X back. I said I'm going back with him .. she rudely said NO you're not,I said then unfortunately he won't be seen then . Before I could explain she said well guess he's not being seen today. I stood up picked up my purse took my sons hand and said very concerning you're denying service to a child who's non verbal and has DS AND it's his first visit EVER! She gasped and frantically looked at his chart which she already should have done. She said let me get his room ready and you can go back with him . She came back and apologized and said YES it was in his chart . The hygienist Natalie was amazing and the lady taking the X-rays was as well .. The dentist was very friendly and accommodating just wish our first experience hadn't started like it did.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is a whole scam. Made my first appointment for my daughter 2 months ago and when i arrived first i called and they said they were closed for lunch from 1-2pm. I thought it was odd because my appointment was at 2pm and they said come 30 mins before. I went inside on a limb to find out why and they couldnt find my appointment. Oh well. A whole waste of time

I've been coming here for a few now and the staff is always friendly. You would think kids would hate going to the dentist but my boys love it here.

My son is 13 years old. He has been at Super Smiles since he was very small. He loves this place and so do I. Its clean and everyone that works there is professional and nice. They seem to enjoy their jobs.

Highly recommended!!!! Cannot say enough about this place and how comfortable they made my child during her procedures. I choose them over Spencer Dental any day. Everything about this place has professionalism written all over it. Their focus is the children and the way they care is amazing!!!!

I love this location. The front office staff is courteous and professional. Some of the dental hygienist need more training in working with children who have extreme dental visit anxiety.

It was my daughter's first check-up with a "side" of chipped tooth :'(. The staff was friendly, attentive, quick, and helpful. They really helped put this mama at ease!

Absolutely longest wait times ever! Your appointment is at 10 you're not seen for a hour later and the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude!
