Staff are highly professional, and I have always have good results going here. As an individual paying out of pocket for all dental work, I appreciate that their services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Apache Junction location.

Dr. Ford is amazing! I will forever feel safe trusting him and his team to take the best care of me and my teeth! The appointment wait list is sometimes long but it is so worth it, He will do anything to save a tooth, that other dentist will tell you have to pull. He saved 2 of my teeth after a dentist pulled one of the 3 and then another recommended I get them all pulled. Thank you!!!

My daughter had 2 teeth that needed to be dealt with and Sun West was awesome at getting her seen quickly. The front office staff were wonderful and Dr Fords assistant was absolutely the best, most caring, wonderful woman in the world. Dr Ford was very professional but did show little patience when my daughter showed fear of the numbing needle. Overall, Sun West was an amazing place and my family will be returning.

I went into see Dr. Ford because my regular dentist couldn't fit me into their office til late August. I found Dr. Ford to be kind, caring, gentle (with a nervous dental patient), and a good listener. I was able to get an old filling that fell out fixed and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dr. Ford and his staff.

Dr. Ford is a great dentist and does good work, the staff are extremely nice. The challenge is that the booking is extremely difficult and is often months out. We booked a 90 minute appointment, and 45 minutes in, they ended the session prematurely with only half the work done that we'd scheduled for. They could provide no explanation as to why the appointment was arbitrarily cut in half, just that we'd have to come back another day. I'm disappointed Sunwest would make an appointment change without any discussion or notice to the patient. Edit: We appreciate the response, but we had had the first half done at a prior visit. We were actually pushed out to 5 visits total so this did not seem to be a half and half sort of scheduling issue. We would have been very content if that had been the case. I requested a call back to clear up any misunderstanding but my call was never returned and I didn't have any missed calls or voicemails to go off of. I will make a good faith effort to reach out again tomorrow. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when possible and hope we are able to get in touch with someone to discuss.
