She was born and brought up in Detroit, Michigan. Being a Wolverine at heart, she attended undergrad at the University of Michigan and then was awarded her doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry (the #1 dental school in America and #3 in the world!! https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings-articles/university-subject-rankings/top-dentistry-schools-2021). She continued her education by doing a one year residency with a focus in pediatric dentistry at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. To finish off her 11 year education in dentistry, she earned her pediatric specialty certification as Chief Resident from Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York. She holds distinguished memberships in numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. George has resided in South Florida since 2008. She has a wonderful husband who is an audio engineer in the music industry and also helps manage the office. She has a sweet and bubbly daughter that keeps her fully entertained when at home. Dr George loves spending time with friends and family, and relaxes by watching Food Network because she is a severe foodie!!
Dr. George has been practicing pediatric dentistry for more than a decade and continues to increase her knowledge through continuing education courses. She understands childrens fears and the concerns of parents. She treats every patient the way she would treat her own child. We went to a pediatric dentist close to our house before finding Dr. George. We received shocking advice and wanted to find a second opinion before following through. We are so grateful we did! Not only was the other pediatric dentist wrong but our kids LOVE Sunshine Dentistry and finally my 4 and 5 year old do not cry when they go to the dentist! They actually enjoy it!

This office is amazing! My son Liam is three and has been coming here for over a year now and loves this place. They answer all your questions and don't leave you with any doubts. I wish I had her as my dentist! Highly recommend!

Today i took my daughter for her first dentist visit and it was amazing! I absolutely loved the office, we met Lindsey and Dr. George, they were so great and comforting. Made my daughters first experience better than i could have imagined! highly recommended!

Dr. George & staff were amazing. Beautiful office with a warm and welcome feeling. My daughter was a little apprehensive, but Dr. George was able to make her feel comfortable and ease her worries.
